Extremely tamed perfection, praise perfection, generous perfection, cause perfection, walking on the favorable path perfection, quickness itself perfection, going far perfection, going many perfection, fully utilizing perfection, assembly and near peace perfection, being happy in companionship perfection, being in control perfection. These thirteen perfections should also be combined in order from one, two, one, one, three, three, ten, one, one, one, one, one, and one, from the twenty-seven words from the sutra saying 'son of the Buddha' to 'completely entered into the words of the Tathagata.' Among them, to show the perfection of being non-dual at first, it is said 'son of the Buddha.' The meaning of 'son of the Buddha' is that it arises from the noble path by the power of the Tathagata's words, but it is not correctly holding the lineage of the Buddha, because the Shravakas are the sons of the Bhagavan, born from the mouth, born from the Dharma, so it is said. Thus, even if the lineage of the Buddha is not correctly held, there is no difference from the Bodhisattvas because they are born from the mouth, and they are similar as sons of the Buddha, so it is called the perfection of being non-dual. After that, to show the perfection of being extremely tamed, it is said 'mind is completely liberated, wisdom is completely liberated.' Among them, 'mind is completely liberated' means to be completely liberated from all the afflictive dharmas of the side of craving of the three realms. 'Wisdom is completely liberated' means to be completely liberated from all the afflictive dharmas of the side of ignorance of the three realms, such as because the mind is free from desire, it is called the liberation of the mind. Because wisdom is free from ignorance, wisdom is completely liberated.

It is called liberation. Among them, by abandoning the afflictions and near afflictions on the side of craving, and attaining samadhi and absorption, this is called liberation of mind. The knowledge of the path of Arhat to be attained by abandoning all afflictions is called liberation of wisdom. Among them, by attaining liberation of mind, one is liberated from the obscuration of absorption. By attaining liberation of wisdom, one is liberated from the obscuration of afflictions. Those who are liberated from both aspects are called extreme liberation of mind and extreme liberation of wisdom. Thus, from the nature of all extremely untamed afflictions on the side of craving and ignorance in the three realms, the mind and wisdom are extremely liberated, therefore it is called perfectly tamed. After that, in order to show the perfection of praise, it is said to be called "extremely pure morality," which means having morality with six branches. The six branches are abiding in morality, being restrained by the vows of individual liberation, having perfect conduct, having perfect scope of activity, fearing even the slightest faults, and taking up the bases of learning correctly and practicing them. Among them, how does one abide in morality? Regarding the bases of learning that have been correctly taken up, one does not violate the boundaries of bodily actions, one does not violate the boundaries of verbal actions, and one makes sure that they do not degenerate and that they are without fault. How is one restrained by the vows of individual liberation? The morality of the seven assemblies is called the vows of individual liberation. In this case, it is based on the vows of a monk and is called being restrained by the vows of individual liberation. How is conduct perfect? Relying on behavior, temporary affairs, or virtuous actions, one is in accordance with the world and not in conflict with it, and one is in accordance with the Vinaya and not in conflict with it, having such conduct.

If it is said that the place of conduct is perfect, then the five places of conduct that are not for monks, which are condemned by the Tathagata, are: the slaughterhouse, the brothel, the tavern, the royal palace, and the house of the outcasts. Abandoning these, one should act in other faultless places of conduct, and even there, one should act in due time. If one fears even the slightest fault, then for which minor precepts will cause transgression, and those that cause transgression, the subtle precepts that will cause transgression in a very small way, one will also think, "If I commit a transgression, then this basis will make me bad," therefore, one fears this, and even for the sake of life, one will not consciously violate those subtle precepts. If one properly takes the precepts and studies them, then first, when properly taking the Pratimoksha vows, when taking full ordination through the request and the four karmas, one hears the general nature of the precepts, and in addition to that, even those that have not been immediately heard from the two hundred and fifty precepts spoken in the Pratimoksha Sutra, also when reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month, or in other circumstances, from the preceptor or the teacher, or from those who practice the same conduct, talking, visiting, asking, associating, after hearing, one vows to study everything, thereby properly taking them, and from then on, one studies those precepts without increase or decrease, and one completely upholds the meaning and the words without reversing them, like this, having the discipline with six branches is called the discipline being extremely pure. Or in order to obtain the uncontaminated discipline, that is, from the beginning of realizing the discipline on the path of seeing, until the stage of obtaining the path of no more learning, one has the discipline that pleases the noble ones, and so on. Like this, having six branches, and the uncontaminated discipline being extremely pure, is the basis of all qualities, therefore it is greatly praised.
