It is said, "Only that." "Any dharma" means showing the agent, and "to any dharma" means showing the object. Thus, it shows that there is nothing that is thought of in the manner of an agent and an object. If so, since there is no single dharma, there is no agent or object to think about and examine. Truly, since each mind and mental event, and each tiny particle of earth, are not visible, there is no term for agent and object. For assembled things, since they are conventional, dependent on conditions, and without power, there is no term for agent and object. Since there is no independent entity, worldly people are attached to the agent, and thus engage in activities. Since the agent is unreasonable, activities and objects are also unreasonable. If so, how does the nature of mind itself appear as the aspect of grasping and being grasped? It is said, "However, whatever mind arises, it appears as such." It means that the alaya-vijñana itself, which is completely imbued with the habitual tendencies of being attached to the nature of the completely imputed from beginningless time, appears as such. "Not thinking about any dharma, to any dharma" means showing the perfectly accomplished mind, completely pure. And "whatever mind arises, it appears as such" means showing that the mind is deluded by other-power. Maitreya, with "For example," etc., shows the meaning of non-difference, therefore giving an example. For example, in the center of a mirror, no other image arises, but the form itself appears as an image, just like thinking that one sees an image, only the mind itself appears as an image. It shows that there is no image other than the mind. To this, the speakers say that depending on the center of the mirror and the form, other images arise, and if all things that arise dependently are existent, then how can this example be suitable? There are also those who say this, to those people

Thus it is said that there is no other substance that functions other than the form of appearance and the form of image. How is it useless? Even if it is useless, the arising of consciousness will appear. For example, in the past, future, and dreams, etc., even if there is no object, the arising of consciousness in its form will appear. Also, or due to the power of attachment to the same object, different consciousnesses can be seen, so it is reasonable and certain that the mind itself appears as an image. For example, for the same river, animals see it as a place of residence, hungry ghosts see it as pus, humans see it as water, and gods see the ground as the nature of lapis lazuli. It should be said like this. Thus, is the image of the state of meditative absorption in the state of equanimity merely not different from the mind? Or, is the object of sentient beings who are not in the state of equanimity, which appears as form, etc., also not different from the mind? For the sake of these questions, the Blessed One was asked, "Of sentient beings," etc. Appearing as form, etc., refers to substances such as blue. The image of the mind refers to what appears in the mind. Abiding in its own nature refers to the object of practitioners in the state of equanimity, abiding in a normal state. "Loving-kindness is not different," etc., is the teaching. The explanation is given for children with inverted minds, etc. Therefore, why does it appear as if it is different from the mind? To this question, it is taught that children who have not seen the true nature, whose vision is impaired by blurred vision, will see external objects as if they exist even though they do not exist. Thus, in order not to be disturbed by non-discriminating wisdom, in order not to degenerate from the very essence of the path of calm abiding and insight, in order not to waste it, through teaching and explanation, the teaching of determining the imputation of non-discrimination is to determine the imputation in order not to waste the realization of non-discriminating wisdom. After that, not knowing the time to meditate on the three reasons,

The meaning of the words for establishing the determination in order not to destroy and waste will be explained. The so-called "not knowing the time to meditate on the three reasons" means not knowing the time to meditate on the reason for vipassanā, the reason for śamatha, and the reason for equanimity. The so-called "establishing the determination in order not to destroy and waste" means that in order not to destroy the above-mentioned ignorance, and in order not to completely degenerate and waste the nature of the path of śamatha and vipassanā, which is well distinguished by knowing the time to meditate on the three reasons, by teaching and explaining, knowing the time to meditate on the three reasons is establishing the determination. So, how to connect the context? Here, the noble Maitreya thinks that others will think like this: In the nature of śamatha and vipassanā, which completely includes yoga, if it is necessary to abandon the incompatible aspects and know the time to increase the antidote, then, what is the time to meditate on the cause of vipassanā? What is the time to meditate on the cause of śamatha? What is the time to meditate on the cause of equanimity? Considering the thoughts of these people, the six questions such as the Blessed One Bodhisattva are connected. The so-called "By what amount does one exclusively meditate on vipassanā" is asking what is the time to meditate on the cause of vipassanā. The so-called "When one continuously cultivates mindfulness of the nature of the mind" is teaching that in order not to destroy and waste the ignorance of the time to meditate on the cause of vipassanā, the determination is established. Among them, "by continuous cultivation" refers to vipassanā, that is to say, vipassanā in the stage of mindfulness of the ultimate path, for the nature of the mind, the meaning of non-duality, the nature of self-awareness, and the four objects of wisdom, the three doors and the six bases of good distinction, relying on the nature of the mind, the meaning of non-duality, continuous cultivation is the nature of the path of vipassanā. The so-called "nature of the mind" means that there are two causes of vipassanā:
