Then, it is said that "having obtained that extremely tamed body and extremely tamed mind," etc. "That" refers to the Bodhisattva. What is meant by "having obtained an extremely tamed body and an extremely tamed mind" is that it is combined with the ultimate yoga path of attention, and the path of tranquility that is completely separated is obtained. What is meant by "abiding in that" is abiding in the path of tranquility that is completely separated in combination with the ultimate yoga path of attention itself, and one must be proficient in the path of insight that is completely separated in combination with the ultimate yoga path of attention. Moreover, when abiding in the state of the mind of equanimity, the stages of tranquility and insight are not different, although they constantly arise in succession, but before obtaining the path of union, it will be determined according to the size of the share. In order to explain the order of truly knowing and truly seeing from equanimity, and in order to explain how the mind of tranquility itself operates, it is said here that "abiding in that tranquility itself." Regarding "abandoning the appearance of the mind," what is meant by "the appearance of the mind" is the object of the path of tranquility that is completely separated in combination with the ultimate yoga path of attention, that is, the image of non-discrimination, the appearance that appears on the mind. What is meant by "abandoning that" is that for that image, one does not cling to the self-nature observed by the insight that is completely separated in combination with the ultimate yoga path of attention, but only in the way of mind, with otherness as self-nature, in the way of true attention, the moment of truly knowing and truly seeing is called abandoning the appearance of the mind. Then, in the stage of realization, are there no completely established dharmas? And the mind of insight that can completely distinguish it is the image with the four aspects of wisdom, the three doors, and the basis of six classifications. Then, how can the formless dharma be combined with the mind with form, so that it can be distinguished and believed?

Thus, the mind to be objectified and the mind that objectifies are not two separate forms, because the nature of the mind, by the nature of the mind, is objectified in the manner of self-awareness, so it will not become like an object and its possessor. That is the wisdom of self-awareness of the noble ones, which is the nature of non-conceptualization that transcends the world, so it is taught. "How to contemplate those dharmas themselves" means those that were previously established as dharmas, well heard, well grasped, recited purely, well examined by the mind, and extremely understood by sight. That is, when first seeking an object, one takes the characteristics of knowable things, and relying on those dharmas, by the power of faith and attention, one obtains the object of form together with conceptualization. When one single-pointedly abides in the state of quiescence, one obtains the object of non-conceptual image, which is called "how to contemplate those dharmas themselves." When first seeking an object, "how to contemplate those dharmas themselves" is not the case. "Within" means that the object of non-conceptual image does not come from outside the mind, but within, as the nature of the mind, it is individually known and combined with faith and attention. Therefore, it is said that "the object of samadhi is an image." Samadhi means the single-pointedness of the mind in equanimity. "The object is an image" means that the object of self-awareness of that mind is a synonym for the image of the nature of the mind. "Individually knowing" means to discriminate well. "Faith" is not faith and attention, but a synonym for definite discrimination. If so, since samadhi and wisdom are of many levels, they are always in accordance with the mind. If the form of the mind does not exist, then those two also do not exist. If those two do not exist, then quiescence is samadhi and insight is wisdom, so quiescence and insight also do not exist. If those two do not exist, how are those dharmas the samadhi of
