It is the distinction of the merit of universally showing and so on. After that, in order to show the distinction of the merit of cutting off all forms of doubt, it is said that "He has the wisdom of no doubt in all dharmas." Among them, "all dharmas" refers to all the forms of knowable dharmas, as many as there are, and as they exist. "Having the wisdom of no doubt" means that for all dharmas, one has attained the wisdom that completely eliminates doubt. This is the distinction of the merit of cutting off all forms of doubt. After that, in order to show the distinction of the merit of universally showing the body that appears to those who are tamed by all vehicles, it is said that "He has the intelligence that possesses all conduct." Among them, "all conduct" refers to the conduct of those who are to be tamed, such as the conduct of desire, the conduct of hatred, the conduct of ignorance, the conduct of pride, and the conduct of discrimination. "Having intelligence" means that after knowing all the conduct of those who are easy to tame, such as desire, etc., for them, either with the impure, or with loving-kindness, or with the dependent arising of "this being, that arises," or with the analysis of elements, or with mindfulness of breathing in and breathing out, etc., the wisdom to show the body and means by which one can be tamed by any vehicle. This is the distinction of the merit of universally showing the body that appears to those who are tamed by all vehicles. After that, in order to show the distinction of the merit of giving instructions as appropriate after thoroughly knowing, it is said that "There is no hesitation in the knowledge of Dharma." Among them, "knowledge of Dharma" refers to the wisdom that the Blessed One himself realized and understood. "Without hesitation" means without doubt and certain. That is, for the Dharma, those who are hesitant do not have the power to give instructions to others as appropriate, but whoever realizes the knowledge of what Dharma, if that knowledge is without doubt and very certain, then he can also give instructions to others without error, so here...

而且,薄伽梵对于自己了知佛法没有疑惑,并且非常确定,因此也根据不同情况,赐予他人毫不颠倒的教诲。有些经典中说,这是到达了后来的尽头。这是功德无尽的功德差别。所谓“那”,就是指具有这样二十一种功德差别的薄伽梵。将“那与眷属圆满,从下文出现”与下文连接起来。另外一种说法是,薄伽梵的这二十一种功德差别是教法和说法的词句。“善于领悟的智慧”是教法的词句。“没有两种行为”等等其余部分是说法的词句。这样,法性就得到了很好的阐述。那又是什么样的呢?所谓“善于领悟的智慧”,是指以二十种功德差别而被称为“善于领悟的智慧”,即:对于所知事物没有丝毫障碍的智慧进入的功德;最极清净的证悟的功德;佛陀的事业不间断地存在的功德;法身在身、意、事业上没有差别的功德;修习对治一切障碍的功德;一切外道都无法战胜的功德;虽然出生在世间,却不被世间的法则所夺的功德;安立法则的功德;预言的功德;在一切世间界中,圆满受用和化身普遍显现的功德;断除疑惑的功德;以各种行为引入的功德;了知后来佛法产生的功德;如其所愿普遍显现的功德;以无量身调伏众生的功德;在法身平等中成就波罗蜜多的功德;如其所愿,普遍显现不混杂的佛土的功德;

Moreover, the Bhagavan has no doubt about his own knowledge of the Dharma and is very certain, so he also bestows unerring instructions on others as appropriate. Some sutras say that this is the ultimate end of the future. This is the distinction of inexhaustible qualities. The so-called "that" refers to that Bhagavan who possesses twenty-one qualities. Connect "that, together with the perfect retinue, will appear from below" with the following words. In another way, the twenty-one qualities of the Bhagavan are the words of teaching and explanation. "Possessing a mind that is well understood" is the word of teaching. The remaining parts, such as "without two practices," are the words of explanation. In this way, the Dharma nature is well explained. What is it like? The so-called "possessing a mind that is well understood" refers to being called "possessing a mind that is well understood" by twenty kinds of qualities, namely: the quality of the entry of wisdom that has no obstruction to the knowable; the quality of realizing the supreme purity; the quality of the Buddha's activities continuing without interruption; the quality of the Dharmakaya having no difference in body, mind, and activity; the quality of meditating on the antidote to all obscurations; the quality of being invincible by all heretics; the quality of not being robbed by the laws of the world even though born in the world; the quality of establishing the Dharma; the quality of prophecy; the quality of fully enjoying and universally manifesting the emanation body in all realms of the world; the quality of cutting off doubts; the quality of entering through various practices; the quality of knowing the arising of the Dharma later on; the quality of universally showing according to one's wishes; the quality of taming sentient beings with immeasurable bodies; the quality of accomplishing the paramitas in the equality of the Dharmakaya; the quality of universally showing the pure Buddha-fields according to one's wishes;

The qualities of the three bodies of the earth, the qualities of being constantly present in the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings until the end of samsara, and the inexhaustible qualities. These twenty qualities are arranged in order from "not possessing two kinds of pervasive conduct" to "reaching the end of the realm of space" in the sutra. Among them, first, by the merit of entering the wisdom that has no obscuration to the knowable, it is shown that one has the wisdom to understand well, and then it is said, "does not have two kinds of pervasive conduct." Just as the knowledge of the hearers does not enter the immeasurable divisions of the vehicle and the Buddha's Dharma in some lands and times, so the knowledge of the Tathagatas is not like that. In all lands and times, for all kinds of different things, with wisdom that is free from attachment and unobstructed, one fully knows the self-nature of things, and because one does not have two kinds of pervasive conduct of fully knowing and fully not knowing, one has the merit of entering the wisdom that has no obscuration to the knowable. Therefore, one has the wisdom to understand well. After that, by the merit of realizing the ultimate purity, it is shown that one has the wisdom to understand well, and then it is said, "most extremely inclined to the Dharma without characteristics." The so-called Dharma without characteristics is the Suchness that has eliminated the defilements of the characteristics of things and non-things, it is the supreme Dharma of no-self, and it is the nature of being free from all discriminations. The so-called most extreme inclination is to understand its self-nature, naturally realize it, and also make others realize it. Now, because of the most extreme inclination to the Dharma without characteristics, one has the merit of realizing the ultimate purity, and therefore one also has the wisdom to understand well. After that, by the merit of the Buddha's activities existing without interruption, it is shown that one has the wisdom to understand well.
