To revile the Sangha, to conceal the Dharma texts, to despise the vessels of the Dharma, to teach the Dharma in connection with material possessions, to teach the vast Dharma to those who are not vessels, to completely abandon virtuous friends, to desire the vehicle of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, to be angry with Bodhisattvas and speak unpleasant words, to praise oneself and disparage others, to conceal and abandon profound words, to delight in self-made things created arbitrarily with various letters, to attend to and respect those who are liberated and have passed away, but not to attend to and respect those who are not liberated and have not passed away. Although those great Hearers were dwelling in the Jeta Grove, they did not see the pure Buddha-fields and the assemblies of Bodhisattvas. For example, if a certain Bhikṣu were to enter into the Samādhi of pervading earth in the midst of a gathering of many people, or were to enter into the Samādhi of pervading water, fire, wind, or blue, etc., those many beings would not see the aggregates of water, etc., except for those who have entered into that Samādhi and are discriminating. Similarly, when the Buddha displayed the inconceivable transformations of the realm of the Buddha's Samādhi, those Hearers did not see or know them. Those Bodhisattvas who have entered the path of the Tathāgata do see them, and they understand them. For example, when a Bhikṣu enters into the cessation of feeling and perception, although all the worldly terms of the six senses are present in that place, they cannot be known or seen because of the blessing and power of the one who has entered into Samādhi. Similarly, those great Hearers are discriminating in the Jeta Grove, and although they have the six senses, they do not see or know the Samādhi of the Tathāgata, the transformations, the arising of the supreme power, and the miracles. Like dying of hunger while possessing everything, it is the same with not practicing the Dharma. As many sound designations as there are, and the sounds of all sentient beings, although one understands and comprehends the sounds, there is no discrimination. Those who have realized the non-discriminating Buddha are the Victors.

It appears as discrimination. Just as a seed is perfectly pure, It will grow in a good field, Likewise, with a perfectly pure mind, The Buddha's Dharma will grow. The Buddhas do not discriminate, Although the Teacher has no discrimination, Yet in the immeasurable world realms, The Able One reveals various distinctions. Those two bodies are inconceivable, Although they appear in all the world realms, Yet the body is not divided into two. Just as the moon rises in the east, Its immeasurable and countless reflections, Although they appear in vessels of water, Yet the moon is not divided into two. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, accomplish the deeds of the Buddhas through the sense faculty of the eye, and they also perfectly accomplish them through the sense faculty of the ear, and so forth, all the faculties are combined. When the Buddhas pass into Nirvana, all the beings in the world weep and lament, and so forth, these are the means to obtain merit. Alas! Sons of the Buddhas! Among those who have entered the Bodhisattva path, I have never seen a greater fault than generating evil thoughts towards each other. The nature of mind is all the world, the nature of the world is the mind of all sentient beings, entering into the number of two. The Tathagata does not reveal the body, nor does he have a different body, but he shows the body according to the thoughts and inclinations of all sentient beings belonging to all the world realms, and the body of the Tathagata has no discrimination or elaboration. The Tathagata has no stinginess of Dharma, but to those sentient beings whose faculties have not yet matured, the Dharma of the Tathagata is not praised. All the sentient beings gathered in the mandala of the retinue think to themselves: The Tathagata teaches the Dharma only for my benefit. The Tathagata neither proclaims nor retracts, but the deeds of the Tathagata's speech exist and appear. For example, in the great ocean, all the immeasurable and countless masses of water arise from the distinctions of the minds of the Nagas. Likewise, the all-knowing wisdom.

In the ocean. All the immeasurable dharmas arise from the power of aspiration of past intentions. In the great ocean, the forms and images of the bodies of sentient beings of the four continents appear, hence it is called the great ocean. These ten are the waves of Mara, namely: cowardice of mind, confusion of mind, satisfaction with small achievements, inability to endure one thing, not observing falling into desires, reversal of afflictions, hatred, disbelief, cutting off the stream of samsara, retreating from behavior, not ripening sentient beings, and doubting the Dharma. In the realm of skillful means of the bodhisattva's conduct, various transformations are shown. If one possesses twelve qualities, the unsurpassed bodhicitta will arise. What are the twelve? By nature, one is devoted to the vast, possesses compassion, is not artificial, serves and honors the Buddhas, the three karmas are pure, abandons evil friends, acts as one speaks, possesses the nature of patience, is blessed by the Tathagata, does not look at all possessions, relies on virtuous friends, and relies on the yidam. Seeing the twelve qualities, one should abide in generosity. What are the twelve? Indicating the path of bodhicitta, accomplishing enjoyment, being born in the desire realm, cutting off miserliness, increasing the stream of generosity, cutting off the gate of pretas, taking the essence from common enjoyment, perfecting resources, becoming accustomed to wealth, having no clinging mind, being in accordance with the teachings of the Tathagata, and perfecting the paramita of generosity. Seeing the twelve, one guards morality, blessings are perfected, one enters the path of bodhi, self-bonds are loosened, self is liberated from the evil realms, the path of evil realms is abandoned, the three karmas are without fault, one is not blamed by the wise, one relies on mindfulness, one gives fearlessness to sentient beings, gate
