I am the name of sharp wisdom, called the path of quick and easy realization. The relative and ultimate truths are called (སཾ་བྲྀ་ཏི་ས་ཏྱ་,saṃvṛtisatya, samvritisatya,Conventional Truth) in Sanskrit, meaning (སཾ་བྲྀ་ཡ་ཏེ་ཨ་ན་ཡ་ཏྭཏྟ་,saṃbṛyate anayatvatta, samvriyate anayatvatta, covered and unreal), because the wisdom with conceptualization obscures the seeing of the true nature of things, hence it is called the true obscuration. Alternatively, it is called (ལོ་ཀ་སཾ་བྲྀ་ཏྱཱ་སཏྱ་,loka saṃvṛtyāsatya, loka samvrityasatya,Worldly Conventional Truth) in Sanskrit, meaning that all phenomena are without self-nature and empty, but worldly inverted things are seen to arise and occur, and these are also true only in worldly terms and common parlance, known and false to all, as explained in the Madhyamaka treatises. As stated in the teachings of Inexhaustible Intelligence and others, all that is taught by letters and words is the relative truth. The Sutra and Madhyamaka treatises should be well studied, and this is called the relative truth. (པ་ར་མཱརྠ་,paramārtha, paramartha,Ultimate Truth) in Sanskrit means supreme or excellent, and (ཨརྠ་,artha, artha, meaning) means meaning or necessity. One is the supreme achievement of meaning and necessity, which is to be free from all suffering, which is also called Nirvana. Alternatively, it is the object or meaning of the supreme wisdom of transcendence. (སཏྱ་,satya, satya,Truth) in Sanskrit means truth, and the noble ones see Nirvana and non-birth as truly without inversion, hence it is called the ultimate truth. The name of the category of prophecies, (ཨེ་ཀཱཾ་ཤ་བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་,ekāṃśa vyākaraṇa,ekamsha vyakarana, categorical prediction) in Sanskrit, is when asked whether all sentient beings will die or not, the definitive answer is that all will die, which is called a one-sided prophecy. (བི་བྷ་ཛ་བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་,vibhajavyākaraṇa,vibhajavyakarana, divisional prediction) in Sanskrit, is when asked whether all sentient beings will be born or not, the answer is that those with afflictions will be born, and those without afflictions will not be born, which is the name of the separate teaching, which is called the separate prophecy. (པ་རི་བྲྀཙྪ་བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་,paripṛcchā vyākaraṇa,pariprccha vyakarana, questioning prediction) in Sanskrit, is when asked whether this person is good or bad, the counter-question is compared to whom? If it is said to be compared to a god, then the answer is bad. If it is said to be compared to a hell being, then the answer is good. This is the name of answering after questioning, which is called prophesying after questioning. (སྠཱི་ཏྱ་བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་,sthītya vyākaraṇa,sthityavyakarana, fixed prediction) in Sanskrit, is when asked whether sentient beings and aggregates are one or different?

If asked what is faith, since the nature of mind has no substance, it is like being unable to say whether the son of a widow is white or blue. Because it is not answered, it is called a deferred prophecy. The three natures are called "Parikalpita-lakshana" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: པ་རི་ཀལྤི་ཏ་ལཀྵ་ཎ་, parikalpita-lakṣaṇa, completely conceptualized characteristic), which is the nature of complete conceptualization. "Parisamantād" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: པ་རི་ས་མཾ་ཏཱད་, parisamantād, all-around) means completely or entirely. "Kalpita" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: ཀལྤི་ཏ་, kalpita, conceptualized) refers to something that does not exist or is fabricated. Generally, it refers to the detailed examination of all phenomena, including the apprehended and the apprehender, so it is called the nature of complete conceptualization. "Paratantra-lakshana" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: པ་ར་ཏནྟྲ་ལཀྵ་ཎ་, paratantra-lakṣaṇa, other-dependent characteristic) is the nature of other-dependence. "Para" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: པ་ར་, para, other) means other. "Tantra" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: ཏནྟྲ་, tantra, tantra) is "Tantra," which is "Janyate" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: ཛནྨྱ་ཏེ་, janmyate, arising). Because it depends on other causes and conditions and cannot arise on its own, it is the name of dependent origination, called the nature of other-dependence. "Parinishpanna-lakshana" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: པ་རི་ནིཥྤནྣ་ལཀྵ་ཎ་, pariniṣpanna-lakṣaṇa, perfectly established characteristic) is the nature of perfect accomplishment. Because suchness and correct wisdom are both immutable, and are completely perfected and accomplished in a non-inverted manner, it is called the nature of perfect accomplishment. The four intentions are "Chatvāro abhiprāya" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: ཙ་ཏྭཱ་རོ་ཨ་བྷི་པྲཱ་ཡ་, catvāro abhiprāya, four intentions), which are the four intentions, referring to the equal consideration of the Dharmakaya and the Sangha, etc. For example, saying "The Buddhas of the past are also me," this is the intention of equality. Also, such as "Just hearing the name of the Tathagata will awaken to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment," this is the intention of other times. Also, such as "If one makes offerings to Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, then one will understand the meaning of the Great Vehicle," this is the intention of other meanings. Also, such as first praising someone's generosity and other good deeds, and later disparaging them, this is the intention of others' thoughts, called the four intentions. The four hidden intentions are "Chatvāryābhisandhi" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: ཙ་ཏྭཱ་ཡཱ་བྷི་སནྡྷི་, catvāryābhisandhi, four hidden intentions), which are the four hidden intentions. In order to guide sentient beings to the Dharma, it is said in the Small Vehicle that there is a self and a person, etc., this is the hidden intention of introduction. Saying that complete conceptualization has no substance, saying that other-dependence is dependent origination, and saying that perfect accomplishment is immutable and non-inverted, this is the hidden intention of nature. In order to counteract the eighty-four thousand behaviors of sentient beings, the Dharma
