以及事业诸事皆具力。何者恒常涂油者，卧于恶处及恶劣，束缚以及捶打之，一切痛苦皆消除。譬如树木若为水所润，速疾一切皆能增长。从根部刺入之后，增长且具花果。如是马匹涂油与，灌注生起安乐也，从毛孔入而之后，肉与脂肪皆增长。劳作剧烈之疾病，唯有酥油乃生安乐。饮油已之身体上，风息何时亦不紊乱。是故对于风之疾病，以涂油而赞叹之。马匹若被灌注酥油，力量与身精华增长。乃是生起胃火者，生力增味寿亦增。官觉光彩及颜色，乃除毒与愚昧之胜品。是故对于马匹者，灌注酥油乃极赞叹。食物之中凡施油，随后饮用亦是油，具有适量之彼者，于下午时亦应施。亦是消除麻风与瘙痒，尤为寂静风息者，涎病所生之疾病，此亦能作消除也。饥饿以及干渴与，一切痛苦亦能大忍受。是故恒常食后时，油乃应近灌注之。夏季之时芝麻油者，掺合二分水而施。以此不生疲惫且，痰涎气息不适不生。身体不为疾病所侵，事业诸事亦不沮丧。是故与水掺合之，芝麻油施乃是赞叹。一切油之调配中，妙油乃是胜品而说。马匹乃是风之自性者，此乃消除风息之胜品。消化之时从脉之门，普及一切身体也。以此一切关节与，筋腱亦能普及滋养。彼等以及相关之病，一切皆能就近消除。能令下身相似以及，能令尻骨宽敞者。亦能消除大小便阻，能令一切身体安乐。能令力量与光荣增长。是故

And all activities become powerful. Whoever is constantly anointed with oil, lying in a bad place and being inferior, being bound and beaten, all suffering is eliminated. For example, if a tree is moistened with water, it will quickly grow in all directions. After being pierced from the root, it grows and bears flowers and fruits. Likewise, anointing horses with oil and pouring it in creates happiness, entering through the pores of the hair, the flesh and fat increase. For diseases caused by strenuous labor, only ghee brings happiness. In a body that has consumed oil, the wind will never be disturbed. Therefore, for diseases of the wind, anointing with oil is praised. If ghee is poured into a horse, strength and bodily essence increase. It is the one who generates stomach fire, increases strength, taste, and life. For the senses, radiance, and color, it is the best antidote for poison and ignorance. Therefore, for horses, pouring in ghee is highly praised. Wherever oil is given in food, and the subsequent drink is also oil, that which has the right amount should also be given in the afternoon. It also eliminates leprosy and itching, and is especially calming for the wind. Diseases caused by phlegm, this also eliminates. Hunger, thirst, and all suffering can be greatly endured. Therefore, oil should always be poured in after meals. In summer, sesame oil should be mixed with two parts of water and given. This will prevent fatigue, and will not cause phlegm or uncomfortable breathing. The body will not be invaded by disease, and will not be discouraged by activities. Therefore, giving sesame oil mixed with water is praised. Among all oil preparations, the best oil is said to be the smooth oil. Horses are of the nature of wind, and this is the best way to eliminate wind. When digesting, it spreads throughout the body through the gates of the veins. It nourishes all the joints and tendons. It can eliminate all diseases related to them. It can make the lower body similar and widen the hips. It also eliminates constipation and makes the whole body comfortable. 妙药尤为殊胜，能除诸般小便病。 能净胃腑之门，能净子宫之疾。 能增精室之精液，能除精液月经之过患，亦能令受孕。 未行房事之油膏，赞为能治精室小便诸病。 从马鼻灌入油，能增眼之视力。 耳病、眼病、鼻病等，以及头部诸病。 若给马灌鼻药，则永不复发。 颈项以上诸病，以及喉咙、颈部、头部所及之处。 能除，且令心悦，食物亦易消化。 上身气力强大，且能增长。 是故对马而言，马药最为殊胜。 以芝麻油能为马，消除风病增长气力。 非极热亦非极凉，此乃除风之最胜。 此能开胃，增益光彩，增长彼之气力。 能令马之毛色美好，亦能令身躯柔软。 应知其速易消化，芝麻油具彼等功德。 酥油能增寿命，能灭一切疾病。 能摄取精华且开胃，亦为诸油中之最胜。 性凉、味甜、油润，能除邪魔、消除毒素。 若习惯则能保命，与马之自性相合。 是故于一切油中，酥油最为殊胜。 猪及湿地水中行，食肉者之脂肪与骨髓。 为最胜之油且能增力，故于一切滋补之业皆用之。 脂肪于一切之中，猪之脂肪最为殊胜。 能除风与胆病，为令马驹健壮之殊胜品。 从水与湿地所出者，能除气闷不适。 食果者能除胆病，食叶者能灭除痰病。 牛、水牛、山羊等，以及马之脂肪骨髓。 此四种脂肪骨髓，能除胆病与痰病。 极具力气之骨髓与脂肪，皆有益于风病患者。 如是医师应善用，此四种风病之良药。 鼻药之配方，以及过患应详述

Excellent ointment is particularly outstanding, it eliminates all kinds of urinary diseases. It cleanses the gate of the stomach and bladder, and cleanses diseases of the uterus. It increases the semen in the seminal vesicle, eliminates defects in semen and menstruation, and also facilitates conception. The oil ointment that has not been used for intercourse is praised for treating urinary diseases of the seminal vesicle. Administering oil through the horse's nose enhances the eyesight. Ear, eye, and nose diseases, as well as head diseases. If a nasal medicine is administered to a horse, it will never recur. Diseases above the neck, including the throat, neck, and head. It eliminates them, brings joy to the mind, and facilitates digestion. The upper body becomes strong and grows. Therefore, for horses, horse medicine is considered the most excellent. Sesame oil can eliminate wind disorders and increase strength in horses. Neither too hot nor too cold, it is the best remedy for eliminating wind. It opens the appetite, enhances radiance, and increases strength. It improves the horse's coat and makes the body supple. It should be known that it digests quickly; sesame oil possesses these qualities. Ghee increases lifespan and destroys all diseases. It absorbs nutrients, improves appetite, and is the best among oils. Cooling, sweet, and oily, it eliminates evil spirits and toxins. If accustomed to it, it preserves life and is compatible with the horse's nature. Therefore, among all oils, ghee is the most excellent. Pork and the fat and marrow of meat-eaters that live in water and wetlands. It is the best oil and increases strength, so it is used in all nourishing activities. Among all fats, pork fat is the most excellent. It eliminates wind and bile disorders and is excellent for making foals strong. That which comes from water and wetlands eliminates breathing discomfort. Eating fruits eliminates bile disorders, and eating leaves eliminates phlegm disorders. Cow, buffalo, goat, and horse fat and marrow. These four fats and marrows eliminate bile and phlegm disorders. Marrow and fat with great strength are beneficial for all those with wind disorders. Thus, physicians should properly administer these four excellent remedies for wind disorders. The formulation of nasal medicine and its faults should be explained in detail.
