The seventh chapter of the accomplished place of Shalihotra, explaining the chapter on the ritual of giving downwards. To the venerable Shalihotra, well-heard and disciplined, with his head touching his feet, he spoke with words of inquiry and exhortation. Please tell us about the aspects of love and those that have become harmful. Also, the differences in bloodletting are fully explained in six ways. Pulse deep and sinews, damage to joints becomes disease, the signs of these, and the treatment, please grant me. Then, the well-endowed one replied to the son's question: The three that harm the inside, bones, and sinews cannot be cured. Joints, neck, and large veins, those that have become harmful can be treated. Seeing the works of the treatises well, being stable and diligent in nature, one whose hands are very skilled, that one will never cause harm. The faults arising from the horseman are also due to the patient's dissolute behavior, if the condition of the disease arises, it is easy to treat.

is. When cutting or piercing with a knife, illness results from the doctor's fault. Such an incomplete organ will lead to death. For doctors, patients with food poisoning, similarly troubled by wind and heat, or crazy or very agitated, or confused by ignorance, or shrinking or trembling from shame, or hesitant about work, or old people or children, or feeling unwell or frightened, not relying on saints, or anyone who is ignorant, with little learning and great arrogance, not using themselves but hating wealth, foolish and hesitant about things but thinking themselves clever, unable to tolerate other doctors and slandering them, greedy for pleasure and angry and malicious, always striving for their own benefit, for the master or the lama, and those who behave well, without hesitation and disregarding everything, abandoning shame and fear, even if relying on the king's favor to heal, they will exhaust the king's wealth. Such a doctor should never marry into the horse's place. If such a doctor is strong, he will harm the horse with weapons. Exceeding the limit or wrong position, or causing damage above and below, or piercing too much or not piercing, the foolish person does not understand the pulse. Therefore, the damage caused by excessive piercing, please listen to me. If blood does not flow out due to excessive piercing, there will be difficulty breathing and phlegm will be produced. When sitting, there will be pain, the limbs will be weak and great effort will be produced. Wounds in the muscles and heart will rot, and the abdomen will be hot and swollen and unbearable. Hair will also fall out, and diseases of the veins will be triggered. This disease will take life and lead to immediate death. If a weapon hits a vital point, such as fire and lightning, or is killed like drinking poison, it will exhaust the horse's life. Therefore, carefully examine the cause and condition of the disease, the place and habits, age and strength, season and body, so that the doctor can bleed. Piercing too much or not piercing, both will produce faults. If the piercing is good, it can expel the disease and be freed from suffering. If the pulse is not in its original position, does not grow and is not obvious, or is pierced in the wrong position, it will cause damage. Bones, tendons and vital points, etc., as well as defects in the throat and tongue, that
