Please be aware. After the son asked, Shalihoza spoke again: Here appear the sky, earth, wind, fire, water, and soil. The sixth, called "mind," mixes with them, enters the mare's womb and becomes one, thereby connecting with the body, ultimately making it complete. Afterward, when the time is fully ripe and near delivery, birth will occur in a way that is free from the impurities of the womb. The impurities of flesh stain the body, and the body and mind feel discomfort due to afflictions. When the body is in discomfort, the feelings of pleasure and pain from sensations like cold and roughness become apparent. What causes the five great elements and the six inner natures to mix with each other? They will exist without loss, like seeds and fruits. When a horse appears in this way, it will gradually grow like a tree and possess many virtues. Similarly, driven by craving, initially requesting to enter the realm, when the wind scatters and mutually pervades the center, the body's posture and the strength of its steps will gradually arise. What posture first follows the mother and desires food is called the growth of the body. Similarly, walking alone and walking in a following posture, and also when gradually growing, possessing strength and posture that match the body, as well as the virtues of running, playing, jumping, swimming, and excellent posture, this is called initially walking alone and then following. Among these, there are four kinds of foot placement postures: moving and walking, following with steady placement, walking with a sideways bend, and following with one action. These respective natures will be briefly explained here. The first two and the last two, walking with steady feet, one's own body is moving, this is the moving posture. The ribs on both sides remain balanced, alternately approaching, gradually lifting the hooves, this is the sideways balanced walking posture. The eyes do not blink or become confused, the body walks firmly, not walking with one action, side
