One who possesses the conduct of a flesh-eating Rakshasa, a horse of base conduct and vile nature. By these signs and characteristics, one should distinguish them into four classes. Whichever son is always similar in conduct to his father, having divided them into four classes, the horse should be placed in its own class. Knowing the distinctions of class as they are, one will not be stained by sin. Whatever remains of courageous conduct, make them equal. The Gandharva is equal to the Brahmin, the Yaksha is similar to the royal lineage. The Rakshasa is similar to the Vaishya lineage, the common people are similar to the flesh-eaters. Thus, those with similar birthplaces, distinguish each as they are. Likewise, those who do not possess harmonious conduct, will be stained by sin.
