犹如甘露之面容， 黑、无畏与养命， 如是之名广为人知。 胜者圆如诃子。 增益者极其圆润。 干瘦者骨瘦如柴且白。 甘露顶端粗大。 养命者具金色。 无畏者有五角。 黑者实乃三角。 当知种类有七种。 无畏常用于马腿之病。 增益与甘露， 常用于马身。 黑者被说为可清净。 养命者能增力。 干瘦者用于眼疾。 胜者用于泻。 如是种类与名， 已说为七种。 由风与胆所生， 尤为痰病。 现前夺命阿如拉（诃子）。 酸味能除风。 甜味与涩味能除胆。 咸味与涩味能除痰。 因此说能调伏三毒。 应如何施与马？ 谛听其过患。 于牛尿中一月， 放置阿如拉（诃子）。 最初之油渣五勺。 第二次施与十勺。 油渣二十一勺时， 以五五递增。 尼姆巴之汁液， 与香柏汁液混合。 置于铁器中， 夜晚覆盖置于僻静处。 雷古（lDe gu）混合之量为何？ 油之量亦如是。 应由良医施与。 当知油多有损。 疥疮、瘙痒、痘疹， 麻风、脚癣、疮及， 病入腿中及， 痔疮及白癜风， 如是马之腿病， 阿如拉（诃子）能除。 夏季与芒硝同施。 秋季诃子阿如拉（诃子）。 冬季与姜黄同施。 冬末诃子与盐同施。 春季与蜂蜜混合施与。 初夏与红糖混合施与。 如是如火焚木般， 能令众病皆尽。 要害与骨骼关节及， 六道与所住之病， 由风胆所生及， 如是痰所生及， 由血与所生之肢节， 能除种种所生之病。 开启智慧、力量与诸根， 之门

The Fearless is often used for diseases of the horse's legs. The Increaser and the Nectar, are often used on the horse's body. The Black is said to purify. The Life-Sustainer increases strength. The Emaciator is used for eye diseases. The Victorious is used for purging. Thus, the types and names, have been explained as seven. Arising from wind and bile, especially phlegm diseases. The manifest life-snatcher is arura (chebulic myrobalan). The sour taste eliminates wind. The sweet and astringent tastes eliminate bile. The salty and astringent tastes eliminate phlegm. Therefore, it is said to subdue the three poisons. How should it be given to a horse? Listen to its faults. In cow urine for one month, place the arura (chebulic myrobalan). The initial oil residue is five spoonfuls. The second time, give ten spoonfuls. When the oil residue is twenty-one spoonfuls, increase by five each time. The juice of the neem, mixed with cedar juice. Place in an iron container, cover at night and place in a secluded place. What is the measure of the regu (lDe gu) mixture? The amount of oil is also the same. It should be given by a good doctor. Know that too much oil is harmful. Scabies, itching, pimples, leprosy, athlete's foot, sores, and diseases that have entered the legs, and hemorrhoids and vitiligo, likewise, diseases of the horse's legs, arura (chebulic myrobalan) can remove. In summer, give with rock salt. In autumn, chebulic myrobalan arura (chebulic myrobalan). In winter, give with turmeric. In late winter, chebulic myrobalan with salt.
