།ཡན་ལག་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཀུན་ལ་ཞུགས། །མངལ་གྱི་ནད་དང་རྒྱུ་རླུགས་དང༌། །སྐྲན་དང་དམུ་རྫིང་འཇོམས་པར་བྱེད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། སེང་ཕྲོམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རོ་ཧ་སྲང་བརྒྱད། འབྲས་བུ་གསུམ་བྲེ་གང༌། རྩ་བ་ལྔ་ཆེན་པོ་སྣ་རེ་ཞིང་སྲང་རེ་རེ། ཨེ་རཎྜ་དང༌། བྲི་ཧ་ཏི་དང༌། དུར་བྱིད་ཀྱང་སྲང་རེ་རེ་ཆུ་བྲེ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གི་ནང་དུ་བསྐོལ་ལ་སྨན་གྱི་ཁུ་བ་བཞི་ཆ་ལུས་པ་དང༌། མར་བྲེ་གང་དང༌། ཞོ་བྲེ་བཞི་ནས་ཚིག་འཁུས་པའི་ཐལ་བ་སྲང་གསུམ་གྱི་ལྡེ་གུ་དང་ཡང་བསྐོལ་ལ་སྨན་མར་དེ་བསྟེན་ཞིང་གོམས་པར་བྱས་ན་རླུང་ནད་ཤིན་ཏུ་མ་རུངས་ཤིང་གསོ་དཀའ་བ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་གམ། ཡན་ལག་ཀུན་ལ་ཞུགས་པའི་ནད་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཇོམས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །རམ་ཉེ་བ་དང་ཨ་ཤོ་ཀ །ཆོ་ག་སེང་ཕྲམ་ལྟ་བུར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། རམ་ཉེ་བ་དང༌། ཨ་ཤོ་ཀ །ཆོ་ག་ཡང་སེང་ཕྲོམ་དང་འདྲ་བར་ཤེས་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཇི་ལྟར་སེང་ཕྲོམ་ལས་སྲང་བརྒྱད་བཅུག་སྟེ། འབྲས་བུ་གསུམ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཚད་གོང་དུ་ཇི་སྐད་བཤད་པ་དང༌། སྨན་མར་སྦྱོར་བ་ལྟར་འདི་ཡང་དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །གསོ་བ་འདི་ནི་གཞན་དབང་ཅན། །རླུང་ནད་མ་འདྲེས་པ་ལ་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། འདས་མ་ཟག་པའི་གསོ་བ་འདི་ནི་གཞན་དབང་ཅན་གྱི་ནད་ནད་གཞི་གཞན་དང་མ་འདྲེས་པ་ལ་བྱ་བ་ ཡིན་ནོ། །ནད་གཞི་འདྲེན་མར་འདྲེན་མས་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། རླུང་ནད་གཞན་དབང་ཅན་དེ་ཉིད་བད་ཀན་ནམ་མཁྲིས་པ་དང་འདྲེས་པར་གྱུར་ན་གསོ་བ་ཡང་འདྲེན་མར་བྱའོ། །བད་ཀན་བཅས་པའི་གཞན་དབང་ཅན། །སྙིང་ག་རྩིབ་ལོགས་ན་བ་ལ། །གཡེར་མ་ཤིང་ཀུན་ཨ་རུ་ར། །མ་ནུ་དང་ནི་ལན་ཚྭ་གསུམ། །ནས་བསྐོལ་ཁུ་བར་སྦྱར་བ་བླུད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། བད་ཀན་དང་འདྲེས་པའི་གཞན་དབང་ཅན་གྱི་རླུང་ནད་སྙིང་ག་དང་རྩིབ་ལོགས་ན་བ་དག་ལ་ནི། གཡེར་མ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྨན་གྱི་ཕྱེ་མས་བསྐོལ་བའི་ཁུ་བ་དང་སྦྱར་བ་བླུད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཤིང་ཀུན་བཅའ་སྒ་རྩབས་རུ་ཚ། །སེའུ་འབྲུ་སྟར་བུ་བཅས་པ་བླུད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། ཡང་ན་གཞན་དབང་ཅན་གྱི་ནད་སྙིང་ག་དང་རྩིབ་ལོགས་ན་བ་ལ་ཤིང་ཀུན་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྨན་བསྐོལ་བའི་ཁུ་བ་དང་བླུད་པར་བྱའོ། །བད་ཀན་རླུང་ནི་འདེས་པ་ལ། །སྙིང་ནད་གསོ་བའི་སྐབས་བཤད་ཕན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། བད་ཀན་དང་རླུང་འདྲེས་པའི་ནད་ལ་ནི། སྙིང་ནད་གསོ་བའི་སྐབས་སུ་བཤད་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་གང་ཡིན་པ་ཕན་ནོ། །དེ་རྒན་ཕྱིར་དགྱེ་ནང་གུག་གཉིས། །གླད་པ་གཞོགས་ཕྱེད་ན་ལྟར་གསོ། །ཏིལ་མར་གྱིས་བཀང་སྣོད་དུ་བསྙལ། །འདིར་ནི་ནང་གུག་རབ

肢节一处遍全身， 疗治子宫疾，肠胃气胀及， 肿瘤水肿诸病患。 所谓“是也”，即： 辛弗木，重八两； 三果，一捧； 五大根，各一两； 蓖麻， 婆罗犀， 杜婆，各一两，置于十六捧水中煎熬，药汁留四分之一； 酥油一捧， 酸奶四捧，加入燃烧后的草木灰三两，再次煎熬，服用此药油并使之成为习惯，则能疗治风病中极其难治的，侵入身体一处或肢节各处的疾病等。 罗摩尼婆和阿输迦， 疗法如辛弗木一般。 所谓“是也”，即： 罗摩尼婆和阿输迦，其疗法也应如辛弗木一般，即：如辛弗木加入八两，三果等的量如前所述，药油的配制也应如是。 此疗法乃他病所致， 适用于未与其他病混合者。 所谓“是也”，即： 此未恶化的疗法，适用于由他病所致，且未与其他病混合者。 若与其他病混合，则用导泻药导泻。 所谓“是也”，即： 若此由他病所致的风病，与痰病或胆病混合，则疗法也应是导泻。 痰病所致的他病， 心口肋间疼痛时， 藏茵陈，秦艽，诃子， 悬钩子及三种盐， 掺入大麦汤中服用。 所谓“是也”，即： 痰病混合所致的他病风病，若心口肋间疼痛，则应将藏茵陈等药材的粉末掺入煎熬的汤中服用。 秦艽，石菖蒲，姜，白菖蒲， 蔓荆子等掺入服用。 所谓“是也”，即： 或者，他病所致的疾病心口肋间疼痛时，将秦艽等药材煎熬的汤掺入服用。 痰和风混合时， 治疗心脏病时所说的有益。 所谓“是也”，即： 痰和风混合的疾病，治疗心脏病时所说的配方都有益。 老人身体后仰或内曲， 治疗头皮半边疼痛。 卧于盛满芝麻油的容器中， 此处以内曲为佳。

A limb enters everywhere. It cures diseases of the womb, flatulence, tumors, and dropsy. It is called "This is it." Singphrom is eight srangs of ro ha. Three fruits, one bre. Five great roots, one srang each. E randa, brihati, and dur byid are also one srang each. Boil in sixteen bre of water, leaving one-fourth of the medicinal juice. One bre of butter and four bre of yogurt, then boil again with three srangs of ash from burnt firewood. If you take this medicinal butter and get used to it, it will cure even the most difficult and incurable wind diseases that have entered one part of the body or all the limbs. Shing kun, bca' sga, rtsabs ru tsha, se'u 'bru, and star bu should be given. It is called "This is it."
