After that, the treatment methods for vitiligo and parasitic diseases will be explained. The reason for saying this is that since the basis of the disease has already been explained, the treatment methods must also be explained in the same order, so this chapter is written here. Whoever it is, even a leper will be afraid, and it will quickly become difficult to cure, so, like a house on fire, efforts should be made to calm vitiligo. It means that for vitiligo, even lepers will despise and fear it, and if it is not treated, it will quickly become difficult to cure. Therefore, efforts should be made and diligence should be applied to the treatment of vitiligo. For example, when a house is on fire, it must be quickly extinguished and cooled down. In particular, the body should be purified first. It means that for all vitiligo, unlike other treatments, the ritual of purifying the body of disease should be applied first, which will be described in detail below. For vitiligo, the juice of Somaraja (Psoralea corylifolia) can be used, mixed with brown sugar and alcohol, or broth as a purgative. Alternatively, the juice of Somaraja can be mixed with broth and taken, which is considered the best purgative. That is, for a person with vitiligo, place Bhringaraja in an iron vessel, fry it in sesame oil and give it. Then, administering the seeds of Asana boiled in milk will eliminate vitiligo. Dongga, Arka, Putika, Karanja, leaves of Snuha and Jati mixed with cow urine. Applying the bark can eliminate vitiligo, anal abscesses, scabies, itching, and bruises.
