以及，处所若已成清净，涂敷何物若已作，则彼迅速得清净。此谓，何种麻风病，以内部的疾病泻药等去除，放血后，身体的处所已成清净，若以如是所说的涂敷物涂敷，则立即彼得无病。病基已除且血已放，从外与内作寂静的医治，药油亦于时辰给予，则麻风之病易于医治。此谓，麻风病基 已净且去除等已作，则麻风之病易于医治且仅能安乐生起。麻风患者之病多次净治已成，彼之命护持多次当勤奋，病若格外拔出故衰弱，风疾速能杀害。此谓，具有麻风病者，何者之病多次净治且已清净，彼之命护持且不致损害，医师当勤奋。何以故？内部之病格外多次拔出已成，精气体力极其衰减且微小已成，风病发作后，唯有迅速杀害之过患故。半月已过施予催吐药，一月月后施予泻药，清净头部每隔三日，每隔六月作放血。此谓，对于麻风患者，每半月过去后，施予催吐药且令其呕吐，一月月过去后，施予泻药且令其腹泻，每隔三日，如是所说的头部清净药当做，每隔六月作放血且放出病血。何者催吐与腹泻成困难，麻风患者病势大故遍布，彼则定成医治困难故，因此病则全部当拔出。此谓，何者麻风患者，给予催吐药亦难催吐，如是给予泻药亦难腹泻，或者稍微催吐与腹泻后，病未得出的麻风患者，彼是病势大故遍布。如是之辈定成医治困难，或成不可医治之麻风病，因此麻风病
