是药中之胜。所谓此者，将止泻等药等分合和，加上丹达、杜尔比、婆罗米，后者加倍。如若止泻一勺，则加丹达二勺、杜尔比四勺、婆罗米八勺。将诸药研磨成粉，与蜂蜜混合，常服可治麻风病。三果与荜茇，余甘子、诃子与蜂蜜，芝麻油、酥油合为膏。所谓此者，服用合和三果等的膏药，亦可治麻风病。迦迦乌昙跋罗等，楝树、豆蔻、余甘子、诃子，三辣之膏，和以苦油菜汁。服之可除一切皮肤病。所谓此者，迦迦乌昙跋罗等的膏药，和以苦油菜煮出的汁液。服之可消除属于麻风病的各种皮肤疾患。迦迦乌昙跋罗即无花果，意为半。苦油菜与齐特拉卡，楝树、汤树、森德，七叶树、阿萨那。煮汁和酥油、诃子，加蜂蜜服用，可治麻风病。所谓此者，将苦油菜等药煮出的汁液中，加入诃子、蜂蜜和酥油服用，可消除一切麻风病。森德、楝树、斯列赤，苦瓜与余甘子刺煮之。森德等五药，如遍入天之于非天。能迅速消除麻风病。所谓此者，将森德至余甘子刺五药煮出的汁液，称为森德五药，能迅速消除各种麻风病。譬如大天遍入天能彻底消灭非天一般。刺柏乃玛巴森德之树皮煮之可治麻风病。所谓此者，服用刺柏等煮出的汁液，亦可治麻风病。刺柏乃玛巴三果，苦瓜根、布策谢，漏芦、白矾煮之。如依仗正法轮回一般，能断除由血胆引起的麻风病。此药与牛乳酥油，煮之能极好地消除由风引起的各种麻风病。所谓此者。
