地身极增长，乃至死时齿亦坚。此说：每日食黑芝麻一两，其后饮冷水，则人身极增长，且恒常齿坚。诃梨勒、石莲、余甘子粉，酥油蜂蜜等分丸食，能令身强体壮，息灭疾病痛苦，活百岁，发变黑。此说：食诃梨勒等丸，亦能生强身等功德。黑芝麻、诃梨勒与余甘子，及蒺藜捣后服，其人如孔雀般具光彩，得悦意之安乐。石沥青、酥油、蜂蜜、石蜜，诃梨勒及铁粉、水银，及菖蒲，若服用，身精华圆满，如上弦月半月圆。此说：若士夫与芝麻一同，捣余甘子等而食，其人亦如前述具光彩，如是若食石沥青等，亦能令身精华如上弦月般增长。若人饮用旱莲草汁一月，每日恒常服用，并饮牛奶，则具力且勤奋，亦能得活百岁。此说：若士夫煎旱莲草之汁，每日饮用，为期一月，并饮牛奶，则能得力等。芒草亦一月服用，或与牛奶或酥油或芝麻油一同服用，身成鬼神不能侵，心正直，语极清晰。此说：若人一月之间，服用芒草与牛奶或酥油与芝麻油，则能得鬼神不能侵等功德。曼度迦帕尔尼与酥油合捣，一月间不食饭而服用，形体大增长，且大无畏，年轻且具光彩，具功德。此说：曼度迦帕尔尼之药与酥油合捣，若一月间服用，亦能长久 活命，且变得大胆等。米

If a person drinks the juice of bhringaraja for a month, taking it regularly every day, and drinks milk, then he will be strong and diligent, and can also obtain living a hundred years. This says: If a man boils the juice of bhringaraja, drinks it every day, for a period of one month, and drinks milk, then he can obtain strength etc. Kusha grass is also taken for one month, or taken with milk or ghee or sesame oil. The body becomes invulnerable to spirits, the mind is upright, and the speech is very clear. This says: If a person for a month, takes kusha grass with milk or ghee and sesame oil, then he can obtain the merits of being invulnerable to spirits etc. Mandukaparni pounded with ghee, taken for a month without eating food, the form greatly increases, and is very fearless, young and radiant, and possesses qualities. This says: The medicine of mandukaparni pounded with ghee, if taken for a month, can also live for a long time, and become bold etc. Rice
