It means that the house used for practicing medicine should be windless, fearless and comfortable, in accordance with the Dharma, and have abundant supplies such as medicine. Likewise, having conversations that remember the deities and keep them in mind, likewise, sleeping and not sleeping reasonably and moderately, likewise, delighting in and being inclined towards the preparation of medicines, having a gentle and pleasing demeanor, in this way one should begin and enter into the ritual of essence extraction. After that, through oiling and fumigation, Terminalia chebula and Terminalia bellirica, Rhus chinensis, dried ginger, long pepper, dill, turmeric, Emblica officinalis, mixing brown sugar and warm water, it will be well excreted when taken.
