彼者。犹如结节故说为淋巴结。所谓风等疾病中，何者为白喉成分居多，依于血肉而住者，由此肿胀何者圆而高起者，其于脓液流出之后，犹如结节之淋巴结所遍布，故彼者名为淋巴结。彼乃病基血肉脂，骨脉伤所生之九。所谓淋巴结乃由内基各自所生之三，及由血所生者，肉与脂与骨与脉及由伤所生者，共有九种。其中风生者广大，若思刺痛及麻木，从一处移至他处，无因而增减，柔软如气球般增大，刺破则流出稀薄之血。所谓其中淋巴结中由风所生之淋巴结，乃广大且厚实，从刺痛等，至流出稀薄之血之间。胆生者热且色黄，红且迅速成熟。刺破则流出温热之血。所谓由胆汁所生之淋巴结，乃具热且色黄，如是亦为红色等。由痰所生无大病，触则寒且白而痒，成熟则流出稠脓。所谓由痰所生之淋巴结，乃病症轻微，触之则寒冷等。病乱血生淋巴结，与虫为伴而生。住于肉与脉者，淋巴结感觉小，与胆之性相同。所谓风等疾病紊乱之血所生之淋巴结，乃彼血趋向于生虫并与之相伴，住于肉与脉等之相状而具足。肉盛之害转为肉，于长肉之食生淋巴结。油腻且大而坚硬，脉络遍布且似白喉。所谓以长肉之食物损害肉所生之淋巴结，乃从油腻至与白喉性状相似之间。以长脂者而增脂，行至肉或皮肤，风之淋巴结甚油腻，柔软且稳固而作。与白喉之性相同。
