། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། ལྕེའི་མཐའ་མ་དང་ལྐོག་མའི་ཕྱོགས་ལ་སོགས་པར་སྐྲངས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་ནི་ལྐོག་མའི་རྨེན་བུ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །རླུང་དང་བད་ཀན་ཚིལ་གྱིས་ནི། །ལྐོག་མའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་ལྦ་བ་སྐྱེས། །དེ་ནི་འཕེལ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་ཚེ། །རླིག་པ་ལྟར་འཕྱང་ན་བ་མེད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། རླུང་དང་བད་ཀན་དང་ཚིལ་གྱིས་ནད་འཁྲུགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ལས། ལྐོག་མའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་ལྦ་བ་སྐྱེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིང༌། དེ་ཤས་ཆེར་ན་བ་མེད་ལ་རླིག་པ་ལྟར་འཕྱང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནི་རླུང་གྱུར་དམར་བའམ་གནག །ན་ཟུག་རྩ་རིས་ནག་པོར་བཅས། །འཕེལ་བས་ལྐོག་མ་ཁ་སྐམ་ཞིང༌། །ལྕེ་ཡིས་རོ་མི་ཚོར་བར་བྱེད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། ལྐོག་མའི་ལྦ་བ་དེ་རླུང་ཤས་ཆེ་བ་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཡིན་ན་ནི། དམར་བའམ་ཤས་ཆེར་གནག་པར་སྣང་ཞིང་ན་ཞིང་ཟུག་པ་ཤས་ཆེ་བར་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། རྩའི་རི་མོ་ནག་པོ་དང་བཅས་པ་དང༌། དེ་འཕེལ་བར་གྱུར་ན་ལྐོག་མ་སྐམས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བད་ཀན་ལས་ལྕི་རེག་ན་གྲང༌། །བརྟན་ཞིང་སྐྱ་ལ་གཡའ་དང་བཅས། །འཕེལ་ན་རྐན་དང་ལྐོག་མར་ཆགས། །ཁ་ནི་མདར་བ་བྲོ་བར་བྱེད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། ལྐོག་མའི་ལྦ་བ་དེ་བད་ཀན་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ལྕི་བ་དང༌། རེག་ཅིང་མྱང་ན་གྲང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡིན་ལ། དེ་འཕེལ་བར་གྱུར་ན་བད་ཀན་དང་ལྐོག་མའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སྤྱི་བག་ ཅན་ཆགས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང༌། ཁའི་ནང་རོ་མངར་བ་བྲོ་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཚིལ་གྱུར་བད་ཀན་ལྟ་བུར་ན། །དེ་ནི་འཕེལ་འབྲི་ལུས་འདར་བྱེད། །འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་པའི་ཚེ་ན་ནི། །ལྐོག་མར་སྒྲ་བཅས་སྐད་གསང་ཉམས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། ཚིལ་འཕེལ་བ་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ལྦ་བ་ནི་བད་ཀན་གྱི་ལྦ་བ་དང་རང་བཞིན་འདྲ་ཞིང་དེ་ཆེད་འགའ་ནི་འཕེལ་ལ། ཆེད་འགའ་ནི་འབྲི་བར་བྱེད་དེ། ཚིལ་རྒྱས་ན་ནི་འཕེལ་ལ། ཚིལ་བྲིན་འབྲི་བར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ལྦ་བ་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་པའི་ཚེ་ན་ནི་ལྐོག་མར་སྒྲ་ངར་ངར་པོ་དང་བཅས་པ་དང། སྐད་གསང་ཉམས་ཤིང་ཆུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བད་ཀན་གྱིས་ནི་རླུང་རྒྱུན་བཀག །ལྐོག་སྐམ་སྐད་གསང་ཉམས་པ་དང༌། དཀའ་བས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་མུན་ཞུགས་སྙམ། །རླུང་ལས་སྐད་ཉམས་གང་ཡིན་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། བད་ཀན་འཁྲུགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ལས་གང་གི་ཚེ་རླུང་རྒྱུ་བའི་རྒྱུན་བཀག་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང༌། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་མི་དེ་ལྐོག་མ་སྐམས་པ་དང༌། སྐད་གསང་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཉམས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང༌། དབུགས་ཉམ་ཐག་པར་འབྱིན་པ་དང༌། མུན་པར་ཞུགས་པ་སྙམ་དུ་མུན་འཐིབས་ཞེས་བྱེད་པ

如是说者，舌之后端与喉咙之处等肿胀等相状，此乃名为喉咙之腺。风与痰涎脂肪者，喉咙之外生出瘿瘤。其若增长之时，如睾丸般悬垂而无痛。如是说者，风与痰涎与脂肪以疾病扰乱之故，喉咙之外生出瘿瘤，其大多无痛而如睾丸般悬垂。其乃风所致则为红色或黑色，具疼痛脉纹黑色。增长则喉咙口干，舌头不能觉知味道。如是说者，喉咙之瘿瘤若由风大所致，则显现红色或大多显现黑色，且疼痛剧烈，伴随黑色脉纹，其若增长则具有喉咙干燥等相状。痰涎所致则沉重，触碰则寒冷，稳固且苍白，伴随瘙痒。增长则于上颚与喉咙积聚，口中则觉甜味。如是说者，喉咙之瘿瘤其自痰涎所生之自性沉重，触碰品尝则寒冷等，其若增长则于痰涎与喉咙之处积聚痰涎，口中则觉甜味。脂肪所致如痰涎般，其乃增减身体颤抖。于增长之时，喉咙有声响，声音衰弱。如是说者，脂肪增长所致之瘿瘤，与痰涎之瘿瘤自性相同，其有时增长，有时减少，脂肪增盛则增长，脂肪耗尽则知减少。此外，瘿瘤于增长之时，喉咙有粗糙之声，声音衰弱且变小。痰涎则阻碍风之流动，喉咙干燥声音衰弱，困难地呼气，感觉进入黑暗。风所致声音衰弱为何变化？如是说者，痰涎扰乱之故，于何时阻碍风之流动，如是，此人喉咙干燥，声音极其衰弱，困难地呼气，感觉进入黑暗，称作黑暗笼罩。

If it is caused by phlegm, it is heavy, cold to the touch, stable, pale, and itchy. If it grows, it accumulates in the palate and throat, and the mouth tastes sweet. As it is said, the goiter of the throat, which is born from phlegm, is heavy in nature, cold to the touch and taste, etc., and if it grows, phlegm accumulates in the area of phlegm and throat, and the mouth tastes sweet. If it is caused by fat, it is like phlegm, it increases and decreases, and the body trembles. When it grows, the throat makes a sound, and the voice weakens. As it is said, the goiter caused by the increase of fat is similar in nature to the goiter of phlegm, and sometimes it increases, and sometimes it decreases. If the fat increases, it increases, and if the fat decreases, it is known to decrease. Furthermore, when the goiter grows, the throat makes a rough sound, and the voice weakens and becomes smaller. Phlegm blocks the flow of wind, the throat is dry, the voice is weak, it is difficult to breathe, and it feels like entering darkness. What is the change in voice weakening due to wind? As it is said, due to the disturbance of phlegm, when the flow of wind is blocked, in the same way, the person's throat is dry, the voice is extremely weak, it is difficult to breathe, and it feels like entering darkness, which is called darkness covering.
