如是说，风等疾病若依附并停留在眼翳的第三阶段，眼睛会变得像李子一样蓝。变蓝之后，能看见上方的东西，却看不见下方的东西。所见之物如同被薄纱遮盖，所见之颜色也如镜子般显现。所见之物逐渐衰退，力量减小。即便如此，也要避免忽视。若发展到第四阶段，则会损害视觉，遮蔽眼之女王。如是说，像李子一样蓝的眼睛，若被忽视而不治疗，疾病会发展到眼睛的第四阶段，损害视觉的第一征兆，遮蔽眼之女王，导致失明。如此，以上是对朦胧等疾病的一般特征的描述。其中，风引起的朦胧是：看见模糊不清，摇曳不定，浑浊不清，多显现红色脉络，偶尔能清楚地看见，如同被网覆盖，头发缠绕，像苍蝇，看见光芒。如是说，在朦胧的疾病中，风引起的朦胧的特征是，景象混乱，看见模糊不清，摇曳不定，不稳定，浑浊不清，不清晰，大多显现红色脉络，偶尔能清楚地看见景象，同样，如同被网覆盖，头发缠绕，像苍蝇，也偶尔能看见光芒闪耀。对此，要避免忽视。若蓝色加重，眼睛变红，看见自己的脸时，脸上没有鼻子，看见多个月亮等，弯曲的东西也会被看成是直的。如是说，若对风引起的朦胧忽视而不治疗，蓝色会加重，眼睛会变红。患有眼疾白内障的人，看见自己的脸时，会觉得脸上没有鼻子，或者看见多个月亮等，弯曲的东西也会被看成是直的。若蓝色加重，所见之物如同被灰尘覆盖，清晰而红色，或宽大，或细小。

Thus it is said, if diseases such as wind depend on and remain in the third stage of eye clouding, the eyes will turn blue like plums. After turning blue, one can see things above, but not things below. What is seen appears as if covered by a thin veil, and the colors seen are reflected as in a mirror. What is seen gradually deteriorates and weakens. Even so, one should avoid neglecting it. If it progresses to the fourth stage, it will damage the vision and cover the queen of the eyes.
