I do, instill nasal drops of ghee and milk. Called this, after seven days, after the wound has healed and been nourished, the black of the eye becomes even and stable, oily eye medicine mixed with ghee should be used, and nasal drops of boiled ghee and milk should be instilled. If it still enlarges, then treatments such as puncture and cutting should be performed. Every effort should be made to avoid entering the eye due to excessive cutting. Called this, if after treating in the manner previously described, it still swells and enlarges, then various treatments such as puncture and cutting should be performed on the eye disease that is like the size of a pea. Every effort should be made to avoid entering the eye due to excessive cutting for any reason, and only good treatments should be done. For pterygium, one should always use medicine that suits oneself, instill boiled ghee, and use nasal drops. In order not to impair vision, one should always use sharp eye medicine.

They will also be seen, and if they exist and are obscured nearby, they will be seen. Small things from afar will also be seen. The forms that dwell near and far, will be known in a reversed and confused manner. That is to say, when the disease reaches the second level of the eye, then even forms that do not exist will be seen. If there is a form and it exists there, and if nearby things are obscured and looked at, they will be seen. And things will be seen from far away. The forms that dwell near and far will give rise to reversed and confused knowledge. The forms that are far away will appear as if they are near and pressed down. And the forms that are near will be known to be dwelling far away. Because of the disease, the shape of a circle, will be seen as the circle itself. That is to say, when it is in the second level, a person will see only the shape of a circle from all forms. If the center of sight dwells, one will be seen as two. If it dwells in many places, many will be seen. That is to say, if the disease dwells in the center of the queen of the eye that sees, then one thing will be seen as two. If the disease dwells in many places in the place of sight, then many forms, that is, various things, will be seen. That which enters into the sight, the order of large and small is seen reversed. That is to say, if the disease enters into the queen of the eye that sees, then the large form will be seen as small, and the small will be seen as large. If it dwells below, the near will not be seen. If it dwells above, the far will not be seen. That is to say, if the disease dwells below the sight, then the form that dwells near will not be seen. If the disease dwells above the sight, then the form that dwells far away will not be seen. If it dwells on the sides, there is no right or left. This disease is said to be cataracts. That is to say, if it dwells on the two sides of the sight, then the forms that dwell on the right and left sides will not be seen. These diseases are said to be cataracts. The disease relies on the third level, and it becomes blue. Because of this, the top is seen but the bottom is not seen. It is seen as if covered by a thin cloth, and the color changes as before, and gradually the sight deteriorates.
