彼生起故，入于未消化处，一同住于彼，闭塞脉门。从消化处之火热，于外而出，彼与一同显现遍布，令身皆热。令肢体极热，由是生起瘟疫。如是说者，于彼，病之根本乃作此此过失，且生且起瘟疫。彼亦各自之因如是所说，由极扰动及摇动故，生起且病生起者，因彼至未消化处，未消化者，身精之最初，名为精微，入于母施之中，彼一同住，精微与尘质之间，脉门之口闭塞且断绝故，消化处脐之方向，何者为火热，彼于外而出且拔出，火之热彼与一同显现而行且遍布故，令身无余皆为热所遍布，且皆苦恼，身极暖且热性而转变。是故肢体等亦极热，且从身与肢体一切处，大生热之瘟疫，病之垢染彼所生起且圆满。脉门闭塞故，于彼之下，尘质不生多。如是说者，病彼脉之门闭塞且阻碍之故，彼之 下或之后，身热。又，尘质。于外不生多。彼之先前状态，身弱等，且不悦意且身重，味不觉且食欲减，呕吐发生眼昏花，伴随泪水。肢体痛且消化力小，虚弱睡眠大，且毛发竖立，欲作鸟鸣，且臀部之腿痛，身体不适，所示之利益不能忍受而怒。喜好酸与热与暖，不喜甜味之食物。憎恨孩童，口渴大。声音、火、冷、寒风、风与水。影子、白天、夜晚无缘无故地，作喜欢与不喜欢。彼之后瘟疫则显现。如是说者，瘟疫彼之先前生起之状态乃不明显之征兆，彼等为何耶？疲劳且身弱而转变，且不悦意者也

Because of its arising, it enters the undigested place, stays together with it, and blocks the pulse gates. The heat of the fire from the place of digestion is brought out. It manifests and spreads together with it, making the whole body hot. It makes the limbs extremely hot, and from this, the plague arises. As it is said, the root of the disease causes these faults, and the plague arises and occurs. Also, from the disturbance and agitation of its own causes as described, when it arises and the disease occurs, because that cause goes to the place of undigestion, the undigested, the first essence of the body, called subtle essence, enters into the mother's gift, and stays together with it. Because the pulse gates between the subtle essence and the dust substance are blocked and cut off, the heat of the fire from the direction of the navel, the place of digestion, is brought out and extracted. The heat of the fire manifests and spreads together with it, making the whole body pervaded by heat, and causing suffering everywhere. The body becomes extremely warm and hot. Therefore, the limbs also become extremely hot, and the plague that generates great heat from all parts of the body and limbs is generated and completed by the impurity of the disease. Because the pulse gates are blocked, below it, dust does not arise much. As it is said, because the disease blocks and obstructs the pulse gates, below or after it, the body is hot. Also, dust. It does not arise much outside. Its previous state is weakness, etc., and displeasure, and heaviness of the body, tastelessness, and decreased appetite, vomiting, blurred vision, accompanied by tears. The limbs ache and the digestive power is small, weakness, great sleep, and hair standing on end, wanting to make bird sounds, and pain in the legs of the buttocks, physical discomfort, intolerance and anger towards the benefits shown. Craving for sour, hot, and warm things, dislike of sweet foods. Hating children, great thirst. Sound, fire, cold, cold wind, wind, and water. Shadows, day, night, for no reason, doing liking and disliking. After that, the plague becomes clear. As it is said, the previous state of the plague is an unclear sign. What are they? Fatigue and weakness, and displeasure.
