大小便和风，产生且被虫啮，膝盖互相分开，抬脚然后跌倒，再三地转头，这样的病人不能活。 意思是说，被夜间发作的疾病侵袭的人，大小便和屁多，被虫子严重啃噬，膝盖互相摩擦移动，抬脚会跌倒在地，像那样再三转头的病人不能活。牙齿咬指甲尖，指甲剪头发和脉，意思是说，牙齿咬指甲尖并吃掉，病人指甲剪头发或脉也不活。在地上用木棍画，用拳头打拳头，意思是说，还有病人用木棍在地上写字，像那样用拳头打拳头也不活。汗毛竖起小便浑浊，痰干且被热病侵袭，意思是说，还有病人无缘无故汗毛竖起，小便浑浊，痰大部分干燥也不活。一会儿笑一会儿唱淫歌，用脚踢床垫，每一瞬间都挖孔，这样的病人不能活。 意思是说，一会儿一会儿地笑，一会儿一会儿地唱淫歌，每一瞬间都用脚踢床垫，像那样每一瞬间都挖鼻孔、耳朵和嘴巴等孔的病人也不能活。脸上长痣面色改变，生痤疮牙齿指甲生白点，肚子上显现各种脉络，突然发生的不能活。意思是说，还有病人脸上突然或立刻长出鼻子等，或者像那样牙齿和指甲上像小点一样长出白色，突然发生的，肚子上出现形状和颜色各异的脉络，以前没有的很多显现出来，突然发生的病人不能活，是死亡的征兆。这是所说的意思。向上喘气体温消失，大腿肩膀两处被疼痛侵袭，失去光彩和威严，有智慧的人应当完全舍弃。
