It should be instilled. Similarly, the medicated butter for treating tumors should be instilled as described in the section on treating tumors. Karu-tsa and tsa-nag, alkali flower and soda, ash of burnt barley malt, Kantakari and Saptala, and Chitraka are burned together. Two bre of ash juice filtered seven times, four bre of butter. Boil and instill to generate heat. That is to say, Karu-tsa and black Karu-tsa, etc., are burned together, and the ash water, which has been filtered seven times, is two bre, and four bre of butter are boiled, and that medicated butter is drunk to generate stomach heat. In the case of a combination of the five, and these, the strength should be restored as it is. That is to say, in the case of a combination of the three causes of stomach disease, the five actions, such as vomiting medicine and purgative medicine, should be applied as they are. Not only that, but also by the word "and", the treatment of stomach disease itself should be done as it is. That is the meaning. For those with excessive phlegm and low body temperature, bitter and heat-generating medicines should be mixed. For emaciation caused by increased phlegm, oily and rough foods should be used alternately. That is to say, for stomach diseases caused by phlegm, where a large amount of phlegm and mucus appear, and the body temperature is low, bitter, rough, and heat-generating medicines should be mixed and administered. For emaciation and low body temperature caused by increased phlegm, oily and rough medicines and foods should be used alternately. First, oily foods should be used, and then rough medicines should be used; after giving rough foods, oily medicines should also be used. In this way, medicines should be given in an alternating manner. For weak and emaciated bodies, heat-generating and oily foods should be given. That is to say, for cases where the body temperature is reduced due to excessive wind, and the body is weak and emaciated, foods containing oily ingredients such as butter, such as five-flavor soup, should be given. For those with excessive bile and decreased body temperature, bitter and sweet foods should be given. That is to say, for cases where the body temperature is decreased due to excessive bile, medicines that can generate heat should be given. For cases with excessive wind, oily, sour, and salty foods are praised.

Moreover, if the fire heat diminishes due to an excess of wind, administering medicine with oily and sour properties will be beneficial. If one is emaciated and needs to generate fire heat, it is best to know that oiliness is paramount. If there is an excess of oiliness, one should not administer overly heavy foods. The saying "emaciated and generating fire heat" means that for patients who are emaciated and weak, administering a mixture of oily and heat-generating medicines is the best approach. If fire heat diminishes due to excessive oiliness, it should not be administered, nor should overly heavy foods be given. If someone has weak fire heat, depleted phlegm, and excrement that is ripe but thin, then a small amount of ghee with pungent medicinal flavors should be administered. This action can cause the wind that dwells with the fire to return to its place, thereby stimulating its own function and generating heat. This is the method for generating fire heat. The saying "weak fire heat" means that if someone has weak fire heat, and the phlegm is depleted and reduced, causing the excrement to be ripe, without undigested matter, but still thin, then small amounts of ghee with pungent medicinal flavors should be administered repeatedly. Administering ghee in this way can cause the wind called "dwelling with the fire" to return to its place of fire heat in the stomach, thereby stimulating its heat-generating nature, allowing it to function, because this "dwelling with the fire" wind can generate and ignite the fire heat in the stomach. If someone's excrement is hard and difficult to expel, then ghee with salt should be given, along with easily digestible food. The saying "excrement is hard" means that if someone's excrement is hard, then ghee with five types of salt should be given first to lubricate the intestines. If fire heat diminishes due to roughness, then ghee or sesame oil should be given, mixed with heat-generating medicine. If fire heat diminishes due to excessive consumption of oily substances, then ash medicine powder should be given, mixed with old wine. The saying "obstruction and blockage" refers to situations where stomach fire diminishes due to obstruction and blockage.
