使其增长。所谓“使其增长”，就是说，要让孕妇的身体每一瞬间都尽可能地感到心情愉快和高兴，这样做，胎儿就会增长。所谓“增长，否则年份足后，会因难产而生或不生”，就是说，如果采用与上述相反的方法，那么年份足后，就会因艰难痛苦而从产门出生，或者不会出生，而是留在胎内。所谓“孕妇若患黏液阻滞，须以油或相宜之柔滑药剂，迅速治疗，否则孕妇与胎儿俱亡”，就是说，如果孕妇患了黏液阻滞的疾病，就必须迅速用油剂治疗，同样，服用上述相宜的柔滑药剂进行治疗。否则，如果不这样做，孕妇和胎儿都会死亡。所谓“胎内积聚疾病，或因不适或他害，内里甚冷腹亦冷，僵硬胀大病情重，胎儿不动头晕渴，呼气困难疲惫等，无乐不变及无力，失控内生诸多事”，就是说，如果胎儿体内风等疾病积聚增多，或者胎儿体内平静下来，或者因为不适，也就是像前面所说的睡姿不当等，或者其他伤害的因素，如自然造成的伤害、时节造成的伤害、过度造成的伤害等，或者因为前世的业力积聚，或者母亲和孩子做了不善之事，导致胎儿在胎内死亡，那么孕妇的腹部会寒冷无热，僵硬不知变化，胀大如充满气体的气球，病情严重，被剧烈的疼痛折磨，同样，胎儿在胎内不动，头晕恶心，口渴严重，孕妇向上呼气困难，受阻，疲惫乏力等。

没有喜悦并且心处忧伤之中，以及对于子宫等等显现不悦，不改变并且如若从住处转移般改变，同样地，还会出现诸如无力控制的疾病和分娩时出现的情况等许多状况。对此，倒入温水，用红糖、白茅根和盐混合后，涂抹在女性生殖器上，以及沙罗树和红花的汁液，混合酥油制成药膏，反复注入内部。念诵咒语并进行引出死胎的调理。所谓“内部”，是指对于胎儿死在子宫内的妇女，用少许温水倒入阴道口周围，用红糖、白茅根和盐混合捣碎的药膏涂抹在女性生殖器上。同样地，也要注入沙罗树和红花的汁液。这里所说的沙罗树汁液，指的是莫扎拉萨的汁液。将该汁液与酥油混合制成药膏，持续不断地注入并填满子宫内部。如果胎儿没有出来，那么医生就对国王说，请您努力迅速地取出胎儿。用沙罗树的汤水和酥油涂抹手和女性生殖器。所谓“如果胎儿没有出来”，即使那样胎儿仍然没有从子宫里出来，就要依靠息灾的明咒等咒语，以及像引出死胎时所说的调理方法，用莨菪子等熏蒸和涂抹等方法。如果那样做了胎儿还是没有出来，那么之后医生就要对国王这样说：像这样子宫里胎儿已死的妇女必定会死亡，那该怎么办呢？听取国王的旨意，为了避免自己的过失，就这样做了之后，医生就要非常努力，和精通此道的同伴一起，迅速地取出子宫里的胎儿。也就是用沙罗树的汤水和酥油涂抹医生的手和她的女性生殖器。所谓“如果能用手取出”，如果能够用手取出子宫里已死的胎儿，那时就要立即用手取出。如果身体状况不佳，就要通过扭转、旋转和翻转，挤压和抬起放置等方法。

If the dead fetus still does not come out even after doing that, then after that the doctor should say to the king: if a woman whose fetus has died in the womb like this will certainly die, what should be done? Listen to the king's command, and in order to avoid one's own fault, after doing that, the doctor should make great effort, and together with a companion who is skilled in this, quickly extract the fetus in the womb. That is, smear the doctor's hands and her female genitalia with shala tree broth and ghee. The so-called "if it can be extracted by hand", if it is possible to extract the dead fetus in the womb by hand, then at that time it should be quickly extracted by hand.
