Etc., should be purified. Whether it is an emetic or a purgative, it should be used. Regarding emetics, it has been said before: "For diseases located in the undigested, For the strong, protect their strength and then administer." For those with feverish diseases, use the emetics mentioned earlier, such as "including the essence of Poson tea." All that has been previously taught in this chapter should be infused. Moreover, for diseases that reside in the place of undigestion, and most of the diseases that arise from it are cold-natured diseases, emetics should be used. Moreover, for patients with physical strength and power, protect that physical strength and do not let it diminish, and then administer the medicine. "When the disease is ripe and relaxed, or fever caused by alcohol and poison, Haritaki, Vibhitaka, Amalaki three fruits, Pippali and Saffron, or the three hot medicines, etc., give with brown sugar and honey." For diseases that are ripe and have no undigestion, diseases that are relaxed and have moved from their location, or fever caused by alcohol disease and poison, give a purgative made from a mixture of Haritaki and other powders. Alternatively, from the completed medicine formula, such as the medicines mentioned in "three hot medicines, three fragrant medicines, cardamom," give with honey and brown sugar together. Similarly, "grape, Emblica juice, Haritaki with grape juice," for purgatives, infuse grape juice and Emblica juice, or add Haritaki powder to grape juice and infuse. "Donga mixed with milk, or mixed with grape juice, infuse." Alternatively, infuse Donga mixed with milk, or a purgative of grape juice mixed with Donga. "Three fruits or gentian, drink with milk for those with fever." Alternatively, people with fever should drink a mixture of three fruits and milk, or a drink of gentian and milk. "When administering purgatives, also gradually infuse thin porridge, etc." When administering purgatives, just like when administering emetics, give thin porridge and other foods. First give plain thin rice porridge, and then afterwards, give porridge and thick porridge and other foods in order.

If the dirt gradually rolls and stirs, do not always prohibit it. The disease lurks in the abdomen, and even if it matures, it will cause damage. Regarding this sentence, because the heat of the epidemic and other factors cause the disease to roll and stir, rolling and stirring in the upper and lower parts, gradually producing dirt called excrement, do not always prohibit and suppress this. Because even if the disease matures, this sentence means that it goes without saying that it is immature. If these are prohibited, the abdomen, that is, the part of the body, will lurk and find an opportunity, so it will definitely cause damage from the disease. If it happens very seriously, it should be cut off after it matures. Regarding this sentence, or the disease in which excrement occurs very seriously, if it happens very seriously, the immature should be made to mature, and then measures of cutting off and prohibiting should be taken. The fault of immature prohibition is that it has been explained in the treatment method of the disease. Regarding this sentence, diarrhea or immature self-occurrence, after prohibiting and cutting off, the resulting disease faults have been explained in the chapter on disease treatment. That is, it says in it, starting to occur in the upper or lower part, the disease occurs by itself, the medicine cannot stop the disease, and if it is stopped, it will produce the disease itself. If someone is ignorant and applies disease-expelling medicine to an immature epidemic, it is like touching the fingertip of a sleeping black snake. Regarding this sentence, if a doctor is ignorant and applies disease-expelling medicine, that is, the way of laxatives, to an immature epidemic, then this doctor is creating disaster for himself. For example, a black snake is in a sleeping state by itself, and if you touch it with your fingertip, it will wake up and become fierce. For people who are exhausted by the epidemic, emetics and laxatives are of no benefit. In this case, enemas with milk or oil should be used to eliminate the disease. Regarding this sentence, for people who are weakened by the epidemic, or for people who are exhausted by the epidemic, the use of emetics and laxatives is of no benefit. If there is a situation where laxative treatment is needed, enemas with milk or oil should be used to eliminate the disease. If you are accustomed to milk, phlegm is exhausted, the body is hot, and there is both thirst and sweating, wind
