This lentil soup should be small in quantity, rough, not oily, bitter in taste, and mixed with pleasant and mood-enhancing foods, which can stimulate the appetite and promote food intake, well-cooked, and well-prepared. Similarly, old rice such as Salu, Zarnar, etc., and sixty-day rice are also beneficial for plagues. It means that similarly, Salu, Zarnar, etc., refer to rice with red husks and very white insides, called red rice, etc. Here, it includes Salu, Great Salu, and Kalamasali. These are very beneficial for all kinds of plagues.
