The reason for saying "Urinary astringency is caused by wind" is that the characteristic of urinary astringency caused by wind is: the bladder and urethral area of the human body, especially the penis, will be painful, and urine will occur slightly frequently. The reason for saying "Yellow heat caused by bile, the color is red" is that urinary astringency caused by bile, the color of the urine will appear yellow, or the color will be red, like blood, and these will also be accompanied by roughness and pain. Caused by phlegm, the bladder and penis are heavy and swollen, viscous occurs slowly and is blocked. The reason for saying "Caused by phlegm, the bladder and penis are heavy and swollen, viscous occurs slowly and is blocked" is that urinary retention caused by phlegm is: both the bladder and the penis are heavy, and will swell, and will be blocked with viscosity and obstruction, making it difficult to urinate. All diseases arise, possessing all symptoms. The reason for saying "All diseases arise, possessing all symptoms" is that urinary astringency mixed with all three causes is possessing the characteristics of all three diseases. When wind blocks the bladder opening, then the urine accompanied by bile, accompanied by phlegm fluid, gradually dries up, but it will not only dry up the urine, then stones will form, and that will also be unbearably painful, difficult to treat and will be blocked. That is also like the bile of a cow drying and becoming viscous, gradually producing bezoar.
