以自性速疾杀。如是说者，何种疾病之差别，令食物消化后，排泄物带有黏液或不带黏液而腹泻，称为热性腹泻。此乃以其自性速疾杀害与损害。未消化食物未消化，消化成熟亦不泻，无因反复成块状，无因屡屡变稀溏，胃中未消化等而泻，长久致病是也。如是说者，胃寒未消化之病，定必腹泻未消化之黏液，或与食物俱。食物消化后，排泄物不致成块状，故将泻未成熟者。又无因而突然排泄物，彼亦反复成块状，又数次无因而排泄物，彼变稀溏而屡屡发生腹泻。又胃之未消化者，乃长久等而腹泻，长久致病，非速疾杀害也。彼乃病类一一聚，从业所生四种也。如是说者，胃未消化之病，共有四种，乃从风等之病基一一而生，及从聚集所生之四种也。彼之先兆衰弱等，久而消化生酸味，涎多口不觉气味，昏沉口渴食欲减，腹胀嗳气味觉失，耳内肠鸣声俱。如是说者，胃未消化寒病，其后发生之相乃肢体衰弱而虚弱，胃火微弱，食物迟缓消化，如是嗳气生酸味等也。总的特征枯瘦等，烟雾昏暗热病侵，昏厥头痛大便闭，足腿手肿胀变。如是说者，胃之四病一切共同之特征，当知乃从身体枯瘦衰弱至足腿手肿胀变之间也。其中风病口干燥，眩晕耳内生响声，肋腹腿及水肿痛，排泄物屡屡而生，屡屡腹胀嗳气等，诸味皆
