What is said is that it also describes what the nature of human flesh is like. The so-called "does not increase phlegm" means that although goat meat is phlegm, it mostly does not increase phlegm. Making the body strong means increasing flesh. Lamb is the opposite of this, and it should be known that it makes the body strong. That is to say, it should be known that lamb is the opposite of goat meat, so goat meat is not very cold, but this is very cold; that is not very heavy, but this is very heavy; that is not very greasy, but this is very greasy; that makes the body thin, and this also makes the body strong, so there is no opposite saying for this. Beef can eliminate dry phlegm, as well as fatigue and fever due to imbalance of hot and cold, colds and emaciation, and the only wind disease. That is to say, because it is the meat of a cow, it is beef, which can eliminate dry phlegm and so on and can reverse it. The meaning of the words is easy to understand. Buffalo meat is heavy and hot, makes people sleepy, stable, and increases flesh. That is to say, buffalo meat is very heavy, hot, makes people sleepy, thick and stable, and can increase flesh. Wild boar meat is also the same, eliminating fatigue, taking food, and increasing energy and strength. That is to say, wild boar meat is also the same, which means that it is similar to the merits of buffalo meat, but it can eliminate fatigue, and similarly, it can take food, open appetite, and can greatly increase energy and strength. Fish is most likely to increase phlegm. That is to say, Rohit and Patin and other fish meat are very likely to increase phlegm. Ciliczma can increase the three faults. That is to say, among the fish, there is a special fish called Ciliczma, which can increase the three faults such as wind. Quail, Rohit, Squirrel, Deer, each is the best in its category. That is to say, the meat of quail and so on is the best in its category. Therefore, among the animals dug in caves, quail is the best; among fish, Rohit is the best; among the animals living in caves, squirrel is the best; among wild animals, deer is the best. Meat should be eaten freshly slaughtered and in its prime.

It is to kill immediately, that is, to kill at that time. Similarly, it is pure, that is, without poison, etc., unpolluted, and in its prime, not old or young, but each in its prime. Such meat is beneficial, so it should be enjoyed. "Self-dead, thin, and very fat, meat killed by disease, water, or poison should be abandoned." It means that among all meats, one should abandon the meat of animals that died on their own, and similarly, one should abandon meat that is thin and shriveled, very greasy and overly fat, and similarly, one should abandon meat of animals that died from disease, water, or poison. "Male and female, upper and lower halves each, heavy, all pregnant ones are heavy." It means that for all living beings, male and female, according to the order, the male's upper body meat from the head to the navel is heavier, and the female's lower body meat from below the navel is heavier. The meat of a pregnant female is all heavy. "Four-legged females are lighter, among birds, males are lighter." It means that among four-legged animals, such as deer, sheep, goats, buffalo, etc., the meat of females is lighter, and among birds such as sparrows, swans, peacocks, domestic fowl, etc., those with wings, the meat is lighter. "Head, torso, chest, back, and waist and hips, are all heavy." "Similarly, stomach and intestines, etc., are heavy in order." It means that from the parts of the limbs such as the head, in order, it shows that even if the order is reversed, it is heavy. Therefore, the meat of the hips is heavier than the meat of the waist, the meat of the waist is heavier than the meat of the back, the meat of the back is heavier than the meat of the chest, the meat of the chest is heavier than the upper body, and the meat of the upper body is much heavier than the meat of the head. Similarly, compared to the meat of the intestines, etc., which digest food, the meat of the stomach, which does not digest food, is heavier, so the place where food is digested is the place of digestion, that is, below the navel. The place where food is not digested is the place of non-digestion, that is, above the navel. Regarding this, the wise one said: "From the navel to the breasts is said to be the place of non-digestion, from the navel to the water channel, it should be known as the place of digestion." That is how it is said. The body's nutrients such as blood, the latter is heavier than the former.
