It is called "Sapa." The second and third are called "two" and "three." Depletion and disturbance are called "depletion disturbance." It is called "depletion and disturbance of two and three." Thus, two names arise from the depletion and disturbance of two and three. This is how it is shown: when two are disturbed and exceed their own limits, or when they are mixed from depletion, it is called "complete." When the three faults are depleted or increased, and mixed from them, it is called "accumulation." Having spoken of the faults above, in order to show the elements, the essence of the body, clear, blood and flesh, fat and bone marrow, semen, it is said that they are the seven things to be harmed. The seven, such as the essence of nutrients, are called the essence of the body, because they maintain the body, so they are the essence of the body. Those are also called what is to be harmed, because they are harmed by wind and so on and are the basis of faults, so they are called what is to be harmed. Because wind and so on are the nature of harm, they are given the meaningful name "fault." Therefore, those must depend on what is to be harmed, because without an agent, it will not begin. Similarly, without harm, the clear and the essence of the body and so on will not obtain the name of what is to be harmed, and without those, wind and so on will not obtain the name of harm. Therefore, because they are interdependent, harm and what is to be harmed obtain the name of what is to be harmed itself and harm itself. Feces, urine, excrement, dust, etc., are also indicated as what is to be harmed by the word "also," not only the essence of nutrients, etc., are what is to be harmed, but those feces, etc., are also what is harmed by wind and so on. Thus, the clear and so on are what is to be harmed and the essence of the body, and similarly, excrement and urine and so on are also called feces and what is to be harmed. Thus, by showing harm, the essence of the body, and impurities, the body is explained, and also in the following of this treatise, it is said: "Disease and the essence of the body, impurities, are always the root of the body." The body thus explained, the method by which it can be completely protected at all times by some means, that is what is shown.
