It will become small, medium, and large. "Nature" refers to the body's own essence. That refers to the time of the first birth, when entering the mother's womb, it begins to arise, meaning it resides in the womb. Semen is the seed. Blood flows during menstruation, so it's called menstruation, and because it resides there, it's called the blood place. Question: When there are more components of semen and blood, how can the body become complete? What faults will increase from that? That is transformation and destruction. If faults increase, how can that become the cause of nature? It is a loss from nature, and if it is a loss from nature, it will never become the cause of nature. Know that the fruit exists similarly to the cause, and to show these reasons, it is said, "Like the poison of a poisonous insect." For example, poison can destroy life, but poison can cause the poisonous insect to arise in its nature. Similarly, although these are harmful natures, faults exceeding their own limits reside in semen and blood, and the body will arise in the beginning. If the element of wind is abundant, the nature will become small. If the element of bile is abundant, it is medium. If the element of phlegm is abundant, it is large. Without omission, that is, among all the elements, whichever element is a balanced nature, that is the best, it is supreme and sacred, and this is the fourth. That is, whatever makes the element balanced, that is element balance, and the word "element" refers to the fault of disease. Two faults give rise to inferiority. It refers to the three natures produced by the mixture of two faults, which are inferior because they are the basis for not being without disease. That is, produced by wind and bile, produced by wind and phlegm, and produced by bile and phlegm. Among them, wind is rough and light, cold and hard, fine and moving. Among them, this word is a definite meaning, among those faults, wind is rough, light, cold, hard, fine, able to enter fine vessels, and is flowing, not staying in one place. Question: With remnants of food, etc., the wind will become cold,

It is said that the nature of wind is neither cold nor warm, and here it is also allowed to combine, so it is considered to be neither cold nor warm. That is to say, "Combination is the essence of wind, correct combination can produce two effects, combination with the sun can produce burning, and being in the moon can produce coolness." Just as it is said, if asked: Is it because wind combines, becomes cool when combined with phlegm, and becomes hot when combined with bile? Is it because of this saying? To this, it should be answered: It is true that wind itself is neither cold nor warm, even if it is a combination, but warmth alone will not eliminate the essence of coldness. The necessity of saying that the characteristic of wind is cold is that it will be pacified by warmth. Because it has been explained in this way, it is said in this way. Bile has the characteristics of being oily, sharp, warm, light, smelly, excretory, and moist. The so-called "oily" means slightly oily. The word "with" here means a little. For example, just like saying "meat with snow", anything that has a slight oily feel is called "oily". "Sharp" means penetrating quickly like a needle piercing, which is the opposite of dull. "Warm" means producing a hot feeling. "Smelly" means a smell like rotten fish. "Excretory" means that the stool is thin, or that it spreads and flows up and down and is unstable. "Moist" means thin. Phlegm has the characteristics of being oily, cold, heavy, dull, soft, stable, and viscous. The so-called "oily" is because it has the characteristic of oil. "Cold" means without heat. "Heavy" means not becoming light. "Dull" means that it takes a long time to take effect. "Soft" means not rough. "Stable" means having the nature of spreading. "Viscous" means that it sticks to the fingers when kneading, and has a smooth and soft touch. In this way, because it has these characteristics, wind and so on are said to be the characteristics themselves through the approximate establishment of not distinguishing between the characteristics and the one who has the characteristics. In order to explain the terms that are mixed together in the treatise, two "nots" are said, that is: "These two or three are completely mixed, from which combination and aggregation arise." That is to say, one state of complete aggregation is called "combination", and the second is "aggregation".
