Whatever part belongs to the limbs is called the semi-rigidity of the body. Because it will become such a nature, it is called the semi-rigidity of the body. So, can everyone do this, or not? Therefore, it is said: "Those with wind-bile disease, children, and the old and weak should avoid it." This means that those who are afflicted with wind and bile diseases, as well as children and the elderly, should avoid and abandon easy labor. Among them, those with wind disease are those who are troubled by wind disease, and those with bile disease are those who are troubled by bile. When mentioning different situations, even if both wind and bile are mentioned, it should be known to avoid them. The elderly should be understood as those over seventy years old. Furthermore, how should it be shown? "The strong should eat oily food, cold seasons and spring, the capable should follow this, other times should be slow." This means that this labor should also be done by those who are strong, eat oily food, cold seasons, that is, early winter, late winter, and spring, and those who are capable, and should be persisted in until they are completely old. "Other times" refers to times other than these times, that is, early summer, summer, and autumn, which should be done moderately and slightly. After doing these, for the comfort of the body, massage should be done from all aspects. After easy labor, for comfort, the body should be kept calm. This means that all parts from the feet to the head should be gently massaged with the feet. "Excessive labor leads to weakness, thirst, emaciation, amnesia, increased blood and bile, fatigue, plague and edema will occur." This means that if labor is carried out excessively beyond the above-mentioned limits, symptoms such as thirst will occur. Among them, thirst refers to being very thirsty, emaciation refers to physical exhaustion, amnesia refers to losing memory and falling into darkness, feeling depressed. Fatigue refers to being tired, weakness refers to being sick, and plague and edema are caused by wind. Other symptoms will gradually appear. Next, I will talk about other things that should be avoided: "Labor without lying down or women,

Furthermore, exerting effort and so on. Like a lion leading an elephant. If it's too intense, it becomes unsuitable. This means that if a person relies on and uses effort excessively, they become unsuitable. It's like a lion, although possessing the power to suppress everything, is actually quite weak. When it pulls and drags a very strong elephant, it ends up breaking its own back. Because although the lion is very stable, how can it possibly drag and carry the elephant from one place to another? When it tries to carry the elephant, it will lose its own life. Similarly, if a person exerts too much effort in drawing a bow, etc., they become unsuitable and fearful. After exertion, the body should be smeared and wrapped with substances like tsampa. Therefore, its virtues are praised: Rubbing and massaging eliminates phlegm, oil melts very well, makes the limbs firm, and is the best for making the skin clear. This means that rubbing and massaging eliminates and destroys phlegm, which is the remainder of the sentence. Oil is the essence of the body, melting it is like melting it with fire. Making the limbs firm means making the head and legs, etc., firm and strong. Similarly, it is also the best way to make the skin very clear, meaning to make the skin clear and free of dirt. After massaging the body in this way, one can take a bath. Therefore, it is said: Bathing generates warmth and taste, greatly increases life, radiance, and strength, eliminates itching, dirt, fatigue, and dust, and pacifies hunger, thirst, body heat, and discomfort. This means that bathing has the virtues of generating warmth, etc., and can eliminate itching, etc. Among them, generating warmth after bathing is the nature of things themselves. The heat of the stomach fire emanates outward from the pores. When bathing, the cold touch closes the pores, allowing heat to enter the body, thus generating stomach fire. For example, in winter, the touch of cold wind closes the pores, preventing the body's fire from emanating outward, so the heat of the fire will
