It should be done that way. Similarly, for blurred vision and wind disorders, one should count to a thousand. For bile disorders and when one is healthy and in a normal state, the eye drops should be administered while counting to six hundred. For phlegm disorders, one should count to five hundred. Then, make a dripping hole at the corner of the eye, and pour the medicinal oil into a container. After inhaling the smoke, do not look at the sky or shimmering objects. This means that after the counting is finished, whatever lubricating oil has been poured in should be drained away. How is that done? Make a dripping hole at the corner of the eye, near the eye corner and ear, and use a container to hold the medicinal oil. Therefore, in order to pacify the phlegm caused by the oiliness, one should inhale smoke. Then, immediately do not look at the sky, nor look at shimmering objects such as fire and the sun. In this way, for wind disorders, do it once a day; for bile disorders, interrupt it once a day; for phlegm disorders and a state of well-being, interrupt it every two days, until satisfied. This means that what has been said above, for those with wind disorders, administer it once a day, without interruption, until satisfied. For eye diseases caused by bile disorders, use the same method, interrupting it for one day, administering it intermittently each day. For phlegm disorders and a state of well-being, administer it every two days, until satisfied. This means that it should be administered in all situations. If satisfied, one can see clearly, is comfortable, and the eyes are without impurities. If not satisfied, the situation is reversed. If overly satisfied, it will cause phlegm disorders to arise. This is like the body absorbing oil.

Ra. Dim vision becomes weak. Therefore, after moistening, it is what enhances the power of sight. For the eye diseases mentioned earlier, use uncooked *phur ma*. It is said that an eye that has been saturated becomes weak in its ability to see. For example, when oil is consumed inside the body, one feels weak and slightly faint, similar to a decrease in strength. Similarly, taking eye medicine also reduces strength and makes vision unclear. Therefore, after the eye has been thoroughly moistened, in order to clarify the power of sight and to enhance it, the juice of uncooked *phur ma* should be poured into both eyes and applied. That is, for the eye diseases mentioned earlier, such as difficulty in opening the eyes, the juice of uncooked *phur ma* should be administered. That is an oily remedy for wind disorders, and it is beneficial for diseases accompanied by phlegm. For diminished vision accompanied by wind and bile, and when blood and bile are in a state of well-being, it clarifies. It is said that oily eye medicine should be administered for eye diseases caused by wind. Similarly, purgative eye medicine is beneficial for wind disorders accompanied by phlegm. For diminished vision and unclear eyes, and for diseases accompanied by wind and bile, and for diseases of blood and bile, and in a state of well-being and health, the drops of uncooked *phur ma* that clarify the eyes should be poured into the eyes. Of those that dwell in holes, seek by strength, and are moist, the fat and marrow and grease and fresh meat, with milk and so on, and *btags pa*, and nourishing medicines and so on, mixed with oil. It is said that those that dwell in holes are those that rely on the earth and dwell in caves, such as marmots and foxes. Those that seek by strength are vultures and eagles. Those that dwell in moist places are swans and water birds. Their fat, as well as marrow and grease, as well as fresh meat, made into a paste with milk, as well as nourishing medicines and so on, mixed and blended with milk, the juice of the oil should be examined for the purpose of medicinal drops to be poured into the eyes. Spleen meat of mountain deer and birds, pearl, iron, copper, conch shell, sea foam, *lig bu mig*, *ba bla*, *zho ga*, mixed with water. It is said that mountain deer are white-lipped deer and so on. Birds are quails and so on. Their spleens and fresh meat, as well as
