If all the medicines of the categories can be found, then all should be given. If they cannot be found, then give one, two, or three medicines from them, or four, five, or more. Give as much as is available. It is not the case here that all the medicines mentioned in the categories must be present. Furthermore, in other medical texts it says: Depending on the difference in meaning, beneficial categories should be mixed, whether individually or mixed, each category should be collected separately. This is what is said. The "Moonlight of Word Meaning, an Explanation of the Condensed Essence of the Eight Branches" was composed by the teacher Zla-ba-la-dga', and this is the explanation of the fifteenth chapter. Next, the chapter on examining the ritual of oil will be explained. The reason why the chapter on performing the ritual of oil was composed after the categories of medicines such as preparations is that if oil and fumigation are done after preparations with emetics etc., it will cause harm again. Therefore, this is explained after that. Oil here refers to ghee, sesame oil, fat, and marrow etc. The ritual is the ritual of action, i.e. in which chapter are these things explained. That is, in the chapter on the ritual of medicine, the chapter to be explained. Most of the medicines that make oil are: heavy, cool, laxative, oily, dust-free, soft and moist. The opposite of that is rough. The reason for showing this is to briefly explain the characteristics of the medicines that make oil and rough. Any medicine that has the qualities of being heavy etc. is the one that has the quality of being oily. Conversely, a medicine that has the qualities of being light, hot, astringent, rough, sharp, coarse, hard, astringent and abundant is rough. The reason for saying "mostly" is that both oily and rough qualities can also be mixed, which is to show that there are also cases where the order is reversed. For example, goat's milk is very oily. Similarly, sesame oil is oily. Similarly, white beans, although they have the quality of being heavy, are light.

Yes. Ghee, bone marrow oil, fat oil, and sesame oil are considered the best among oils. This means that ghee and the other four oils are the best or main among all oils, which is what medical experts believe. This is because they can quickly accomplish their own functions. Among these oils, ghee is the best because it can be mixed with medicine and act accordingly. This means that among these four oils, ghee is the best. Why? Because "acting accordingly after mixing" means that after being mixed with medicine, it can act accordingly and coordinate with it, so ghee is the best of all oils, not sesame oil. Even if the raw materials are the same, ghee can maintain its own coolness when mixed with substances with warm properties such as brown sugar, so that it is compatible with the properties of the mixed medicine. But sesame oil is not like that. Even if it is mixed with cool medicines such as sandalwood, it cannot completely change its own warm nature. Because it does not change this nature, it will also cause damage to blood, bile, and heat. They eliminate bile as before, and eliminate the other like the latter. This means, what is the previous oil? The meaning of "like the previous" is, relative to what, what is the latter? The meaning of "like the latter" is that relative to the latter, the former is the previous. Relative to the former, the latter is the latter. Therefore, in this way, among the four oils mentioned, ghee and so on, fat oil, bone marrow oil, and ghee are called "previous", but sesame oil is not, because there is nothing earlier than it. And, because the previous is established relative to something, the latter does not exist either. Similarly, among these four oils, bone marrow oil, fat oil, and sesame oil, these three oils can be mixed with the latter three oils, but ghee does not have the latter. Therefore, like the previous, it eliminates bile, so fat oil, bone marrow oil, and ghee can eliminate bile. Among them, fat oil can eliminate bile, bone marrow oil can eliminate bile better, and ghee is the best at eliminating bile.
