ན་པ་སྟེ། ས་གཞི་བཟང་པོ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་གཞུང་ལས། ས་ཕྱོགས་ཆ་མཉམ་བསྔགས་པ་ནི། །གཞི་མཉམ་ས་བཟང་གཙང་བ་དང༌། །དུར་ཁྲོད་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཉེ་འཁོར་དང༌། །གཡང་ས་གྲོག་མཁར་རྣམས་སྤངས་པའོ། །ཞེས་བཤད་པའི་ས་གཞི་བཟང་པོ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །ཡང་ན་ལེགས་པར་སྨིན་ཅིང་སྦྱར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །འཕྲོད་པ་ནི་སྦྱོར་བར་འོས་པ་སྟེ། གང་གང་ལ་འཕྲོད་ཅིང་འོས་པ་དེ་དེ་ལ་སྦྱར་བའོ། །དེ་ཡང་ནད་དང༌། ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་དང༌། དུས་དང༌། གནོད་པ་དང༌། གནོད་པར་བྱ་བ་དང༌། ལུས་དང༌། ན་ཚོད་དང༌། སྟོབས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཤེས་པར་ བྱས་ནས་སྦྱོར་ཞིང་སྟེར་བ་དག་ནད་པ་དང༌། ནད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ལས་དཔག་སྟེ་འཕྲོད་ཅིང་འོས་པ་དང༌། ཕན་པར་གྱུར་པའོ། །ནད་གཡོག་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡང་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་སྟེ། ནད་གཡོག་རྗེས་བརྩེ་གཙང་སྦྲ་ཅན། །སྒྲིམ་ཞིང་བློ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། རྗེས་སུ་བརྩེ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ནད་པ་ལ་བྱམས་ཤིང་དད་པའོ། །གཙང་སྦྲ་ཅན་ནི་ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་ཡིད་ཀྱི་ལས་ངན་པས་མ་གོས་པའོ། །སྒྲིམ་པ་ནི་བྱ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་གཤོར་ཞིང་བརྩོན་པའོ། །བློ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ནི་བློ་གྲོས་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཡོད་པ་སྟེ། མཁས་ཤིང་བྱང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ནད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡང་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་སྟེ། ནད་པ་ཕྱུག་ཅིང་བསྒོ་བ་ཉན། །ཤེས་པར་ནུས་ཤིང་སྙིང་སྟོབས་ལྡན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཕྱུག་པ་ནི་ནོར་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །བསྒོ་བ་ཉན་པ་ནི་སྨན་པའི་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིང་བསྒོ་བ་ཉན་པའོ། །ཤེས་པར་ནུས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། ཅི་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ནད་ཀྱི་གཞི་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཤེས་པར་ནུས་པ་སྟེ། ན་བའི་ཟས་དང་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྨན་པ་ལ་བརྡ་སྤྲད་པར་ནུས་ཤིང་ཟས་དང་སྤྱོད་པས་ཇི་ལྟར་གྱུར་པའི་ལོ་རྒྱུས་སྟོན་པར་ནུས་པའོ། །སྙིང་སྟོབས་ལྡན་པ་ནི་སྨན་དང་དཔྱད་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་ལ་སེམས་ཞུམ་བ་མེད་ཅིང་ཕོག་སྙ་ཆེ་ལ་བློ་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །ད་ནི་གསོ་སླ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ནད་རྣམ་པ་བཞིའི་མཚན་ཉིད་བཤད་པ་ནི། སྨན་ཀུན་བཟོད་པར་ནུས་པའི་ལུས། །སྐྱེས་བུ་གཞོན་ཞིང་བདག་ཉིད་ཐུལ། །གནད་དུ་མ་སོང་རྒྱུ་སྔར་ཚུལ། །མཚན་ཉིད་ཆུང་དང་གནོད་པ་མེད། །གནོད་བྱ་ཡུལ་དུས་རང་བཞིན་རྣམས། །མཚུངས་མིན་ཡན་ལག་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས། །གཟའ་ནི་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པ་ལ། །ཉེས་པ་ལམ་གཅིག་གསར་གསོ་སླ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྨན་ཀུན་བཟོད་པར་ནུས་པའི་ལུས་ལ་ནད་སྐྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ན་གསོ་སླ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། གསོ་བའི་ཐབས་བ

即，从良好的土地上生长出来等等。正如经文中所说： 赞叹土地各部分相等，地基平整土地好且干净，远离坟地佛塔的近处，以及悬崖峭壁岩洞等处。 如是所说的具有从良好的土地上生长出来等等的功德。或者具有良好成熟并混合等等的功德。适宜是指适合混合，对什么适宜适合就与什么混合。也就是了解疾病、地域、时间、损害、所损害之物、身体、年龄、体力等等之后，进行混合和给予，从病人和疾病的集合中衡量，变得适宜适合并且有益。护理病人的功德也有四种： 护理病人慈爱且有洁癖，勤奋并且具有智慧。 这是说，所谓慈爱是指对病人慈悲且有信心。有洁癖是指身体、语言和意的不良行为不沾染。勤奋是指对一切事务都敏捷且努力。具有智慧是指具有特殊的智慧，是精通且熟练的意思。病人的功德也有四种： 病人富有且听从吩咐，能够了解且有毅力。 这是说，富有是指具有财富。听从吩咐是指听从医生的支配且听从吩咐。所谓能够了解是指能够了解由什么引起的疾病的根源等等，能够向医生传达生病的饮食和行为等等，并且能够讲述饮食和行为如何变化的历史。具有毅力是指对于药物和治疗的行为没有灰心，并且有很大的承受能力和智慧。现在是解说容易治疗等等的四种疾病的特征： 身体能够忍受一切药物，年轻人身体健康，没有伤及要害病因是原来的样子，症状轻微并且没有损害，损害者处所时间自性等，相同或不同肢体圆满，星宿是顺应的，病症单一新发容易治疗。 这是说，如果能够忍受一切药物的身体生病，就叫做容易治疗，是治疗的方法。

That is, growing from good land, and so on. As it says in the scriptures: Praising the equal parts of the land, the foundation is even, the land is good and clean, away from the vicinity of cemeteries and stupas, and cliffs and caves, etc. As it is said, it possesses the merits of growing from good land, and so on. Or it possesses the merits of being well-matured and mixed, and so on. Suitable means suitable for mixing, and whatever is suitable and appropriate is mixed with it. That is, after understanding the disease, region, time, harm, what is harmed, body, age, strength, etc., mixing and giving, measuring from the collection of patients and diseases, becomes suitable and beneficial. There are also four merits of nursing patients: Nursing patients are loving and clean, diligent and intelligent. This means that being loving means being compassionate and faithful to the patient. Being clean means not being contaminated by the bad deeds of body, speech, and mind. Being diligent means being quick and diligent in all matters. Being intelligent means having special intelligence, which means being proficient and skilled. There are also four merits of patients: Patients are rich and obedient, able to understand and have perseverance. This means that being rich means having wealth. Being obedient means being under the control of the doctor and being obedient. Being able to understand means being able to understand the root of the disease caused by what, etc., being able to convey to the doctor the diet and behavior of being sick, etc., and being able to tell the history of how the diet and behavior have changed. Having perseverance means not being discouraged by the actions of medicine and treatment, and having great endurance and wisdom. Now is the explanation of the characteristics of the four types of diseases that are easy to treat, etc.: The body can tolerate all medicines, the young man is healthy, the cause is the original state without harming the key points, the symptoms are mild and there is no harm, the harmer's place, time, nature, etc., are the same or different limbs are complete, the constellations are in accordance, the disease is single and newly developed and easy to treat. This means that if a body that can tolerate all medicines gets sick, it is called easy to treat, which is the method of treatment.
