注入清凉。花园水池甚佳者，宽广且具台阶，水润清凉之沙，凉亭身量木覆盖，水边莲花具足者，安乐住处尤为甚，鲜奶新酥油食用，泻药亦服用。如是何者，于小树林，不显隐秘处，言语轻柔喜悦而住者，如是妻子行悦意之事，美丽且悦意，以功德之良好品行所庄严，交往是治疗胆病之方法。房屋亦建为两层，清凉，注入清凉水流，安住于具足良好花园水池，亦有益于胆病。如是宽广宽阔之台阶，以清水润湿之清凉沙地而住，有益于胆病。又于水边，凉亭如身量般，以伞等所制，生长良好之树木，水边具足莲花者，如是而住，如是安乐而住，令身心喜悦，彼等是治疗胆病之方法。尤为甚者，食用鲜奶与新酥油，服用泻药，是所有治疗中之最佳治疗。具足黏液病仪轨者，服用催吐药、泻药，药物需猛利。食物粗糙量少，药物需锐利且温热，食用辛辣、苦涩、涩味。饮用陈年之酒，嬉戏欢愉且不睡眠。勤作各种行为，以粗暴之心抚摸，尤为甚者，服用药汁、催吐药。依止蜂蜜、溶脂之药物。禁食、熏香、口含漱、呕吐。无安乐，为安眠而行。如是等三句偈颂，以黏液之因等，如是增长而能生病者，以催吐药等治疗。其中催吐药是向上引出疾病。彼亦需具足仪轨，需以医典中所说之仪轨服用及调配，彼亦需猛利，需服用猛利之药物。如是泻药亦以猛利之泻法治疗黏液病。

Diligently perform various actions, caress with a rough heart, especially, take medicinal juice, emetics. Rely on honey, fat-dissolving medicines. Fasting, incense, mouthwash, vomiting. No comfort, done for the sake of good sleep. Such as these three verses, with the cause of phlegm and the like, similarly, those that grow and can cause disease, are treated with emetics and the like. Among them, emetics draw the disease upwards. That also needs to be complete with rituals, it needs to be taken and prepared with the rituals described in the medical texts, that also needs to be sharp, sharp medicine needs to be taken. Similarly, laxatives also treat phlegm diseases with sharp purgation.
