Moreover, because of the cold itself, at that time it will increase, but if it does not dissipate, then it is said for this reason: Like lightness and roughness, etc., medicine and the body are also the same, the spring wind will dissipate, the warm season will not increase. That is to say, dissipation, that is, in the spring season, light and rough medicines, and the body is also the same as light and rough, etc., the season is also light and rough, so the wind is also light and rough due to the nature of the season, therefore, by virtue of the similarity of merits, the wind should increase, but in the spring season, the wind will dissipate, not increase. What is the reason for that? The warm season does not increase. This becomes an obstacle, because warmth itself weakens the previous factors, so it will not increase, but only dissipate. The waters digest and turn sour, etc., and the medicine is also the same as this, the season of bile dissipation, because the cold itself does not increase. That is to say, the digestion of the waters in summer will turn sour, and similarly, the medicine also presents the same state as this, and the bile is also the same as this, it will dissipate, but it will not increase, why? Because it is cold in late summer, so it will not increase, cold is the opposite of warmth, so this cold is an obstacle to increase. Water and medicine are cold, because the oily season is the same, the phlegm in late winter will dissipate, because coagulation will not increase. That is to say, the water and medicine in late winter are cold and oily, and the season is also cold and oily, therefore, phlegm and the season, etc. are the same and similar, even so, it will not increase due to the nature of the season, but only dissipate. What is the reason for that? Because it is coagulated by the cold, like ghee freezing, so it will not increase, it is this word "coagulation" that hinders it. Like this, the nature of the season, That is to say, what is said about accumulation, etc. occurring in the spring season, etc., is said based on the nature of the season, that is, the spring season, etc.

Even if the combination is the same. This means that it is an explanation of the elements such as wind. If the causes of all diseases, etc., are only in time, or are there other causes? Therefore, I said: By the power of food, etc., even if the time has not come, it will immediately change. It means that by the power of food, etc., that is, the power of food and drink, etc., and the "etc." refers to emetics, laxatives, the administration of emollient ointments, fatigue, etc., diseases such as wind will increase, arise, and completely subside. Even if these causes have come to those times and are opportune, they will immediately, that is, in an instant, without waiting for time, change by the power of food, etc. Or, diseases will not occur at other times, but will only change from food, etc. When a disease arises, it immediately spreads throughout the body, from head to toe. When the disease recedes, it will subside little by little, like a stream of water. It means that disease is the cause of suffering in the body, such as wind, bile, and phlegm. When it arises, it means that it becomes confused. At that time, immediately, that is, in an instant, it will spread throughout the body, from head to toe, causing harm. When the disease recedes from the body and is relieved by treatment, it will subside little by little. This is like a stream of water. For example, a stream of water arises, and its power can even carry away bridges, spreading everywhere in an instant. When the stream of water decreases, it will gradually recede and decrease from that place. Similarly, when diseases arise, they will generate all faults. But when receding, it is not like that. Since it is not possible to explain in detail all the changes of each disease, and the infinite characteristics of the basis of the disease and the treatment, therefore, in order to dispel the doubts of people who think that it is not necessary to make efforts to eliminate diseases, it is said here: The confusion of diseases has various forms, the body becomes countless, all of which are tormented, its causes and ways

I cannot explain each and every practice. Therefore, it is a general statement. This means that when diseases such as wind are disturbed and fully manifest, various kinds of diseases appear, with countless different characteristics, exceeding counting, tormenting and afflicting the entire body, causing physical suffering. Therefore, regarding the characteristics of those that produce these diseases as causes, and each and every practice and cure, that is, each and every condition of the disease, it is not possible to indicate by name, saying that the cause of this disease is this, the characteristic of this is this, and the treatment should be done in this way, because it is very difficult to indicate in this way. Therefore, it is a general statement, that is, speaking and stating the words that are universally applicable. So, what is that? Of all diseases, the cause of faults, the only one. This means that, like this, the cause of all diseases is the fault itself as the only cause, it is both the cause and the only one, it is the main cause, or it is the common cause of all, so it is the only cause, meaning the common cause. The word "ཉིད་(nyid)" is said for the sake of certainty, the cause of disease is the only one, not other things, because it is not common. To illustrate the example of this meaning, these words are spoken: For example, a bird flying, flying around all day, will not leave its own shadow, all beings are like that. This means that, for example, when birds such as eagles fly, all day, that is, flying all day long, they will not leave their own shadow, and even for a moment they cannot be seen leaving the shadow, the condition of diseases of beings is also like that. To illustrate other examples of this meaning, these words are spoken: Or just like all, the various beings that are not the same, will not leave the three This means that, other forms of examples, all the various beings that are not the same, classified from womb-born etc.
