It is the place of special distinctions. That is to say, the place of phlegm is the chest and so on. Among them, the chest is the place of the skull. The throat is the collarbone. The head is the crown. The lung is the inner part of the abdomen, which will be described below in the distinction of the limbs of the body. The bone joint is the knot of the joint. The place of the stomach is above the navel. The humors and so on are easy to understand. Here, among these places, the chest is the special place of phlegm. Wind is the nature of the five by the distinction of life and so on. That is to say, the wind alone is the nature of movement. The only one is life, upward movement, pervasive, dwelling with fire, and downward elimination, which are called the nature of the five kinds of existence and so on. Here, life is generally located in the chest and throat, and it holds the mind and the senses. It spits phlegm, sneezes, and emits hiccups. It inhales and swallows food. That is to say. Here, among these five, the wind called life dwells on the crown of the head and depends on the head, and it walks and moves in the chest and throat, and it holds the mind and the senses, and it spits out saliva and so on. Saliva is the phlegm that comes out of the mouth. Inhaling is inhaling air. The place of upward movement is the chest, and it moves in the nose, tongue, and collarbone. It produces words, diligence, radiance, strength, color, and memory. That is to say. The place of upward movement of wind is the chest, and it depends on it to move in the three, such as the nose. The difference is the utterance of words and so on. Diligence is diligence in business. Radiance is having luster. Strength is ability. Color is distinguished by the difference of white and so on. Memory is not forgetting the past. Pervasive dwells in the heart and pervades the whole body. It is completely pervasive and extremely fast. Walking, lifting, putting down, opening and closing the eyes, and so on, most of the actions of embodied beings depend on it. That is to say. The so-called pervasive wind dwells in the heart and pervades and moves throughout the body without remainder. It is extremely fast, that is, it walks quickly and is mostly fast.
