Will transform. Exhaustion will abandon its own nature. If balanced, it will perform its own actions. As it is said, how is the power of diseases and faults, and how is its own nature, if it increases from the amount, then the faults will increase and arise. Similarly, exhaustion, that is, how is its own power, and how is its own characteristic, great, medium, and small, and how is its own nature, such as roughness, warmth, and oiliness, exhausted, then those diseases will abandon and discard their own characteristics. When those faults are balanced, that is, when there is no increase or decrease, then it remains in possession of its own measure, at that time, because it remains balanced and unchanged, its own actions, as stated in the knowledge of the nature of diseases, etc., the actions of breathing in and breathing out, etc., they will perform and arise. By those characteristics, it should be known that they are balanced and unchanging. The exhaustion of faults does not cause any faults in the body, because of insufficiency, and because of the exhaustion of power, and because of not doing anything, it does not cause any faults. After thinking like this, the doctors, etc., in order to increase the exhaustion of faults, giving food, etc., should never have happened, after thinking like this, it is said: Whatever balances this body makes it grow, that fault, if unbalanced, kills, therefore, exhaustion is also like growth, it should be protected by beneficial conduct. As it is said, whatever fault is balanced and stable, it will become the meaning of making the body grow, staying in possession of its own measure, it will become the cause of body balance. That fault, if unbalanced and excessive or deficient from its own measure, will kill the body. For what reason, the balance of faults is the cause of body growth, and imbalance is the cause of body killing, therefore, even if the faults are exhausted, like growth, it should be protected by beneficial conduct, as if these grow up, because of the arising of diseases and harm, especially because of not growing, it is protected, from exhaustion, it should also be protected and maintained by conforming and beneficial conduct.

This is the commentary on the essence, called "Moonlight Explanation," written by the teacher Devachandra. Commentary on Chapter Eleven is completed. Next, the chapter on understanding the classification of diseases will be explained. Previously, the method of understanding diseases and other conditions has been explained, but diseases arise in different ways. Therefore, without understanding the classification of diseases, it is impossible to understand all the conditions of diseases. Therefore, after understanding diseases and other conditions, the chapter on understanding the classification of diseases is explained. Among them, the classification of diseases is the classification of diseases, which is understood and comprehended through detailed distinctions of location, name, and classification, etc. The beneficial discussion on this is that the classification of diseases should be understood, therefore this chapter will be explained and elucidated. Next, a brief explanation of the definitive examination of the classification of the location of wind and other elements in the body: The place of digestion, waist and hips, ears, bones, and tactile senses, are the abodes of wind, and among them, the place of digestion is especially important. This means that the abodes of wind are the place of digestion, etc., that is, from below the navel to the waist, hips, ears, bones, and tactile senses, which is the skin. Among these places, the place of digestion is the special place of wind, and the place where food is digested is where wind especially exists and relies on. The abode of bile is the navel, gallbladder, blood, serous fluid, and blood, the eyes and skin are all places, and the navel is the special place of bile. This means that the abode of bile is the navel, etc., and the stomach refers to the general place of undigested food above the navel. Serous fluid refers to the place where moisture exists in the complexion of the skin, that is, the appearance of water after the skin blisters. Serous fluid and blood are the first and second nutrients of the body. The eye is the sense organ of the eye. The skin is the sense organ of touch, although it has been pointed out as the abode of wind, it is also the abode of bile, because it is the assistant of wind. Among these places, the navel is a special place. The abode of phlegm is the chest and neck, the head, lungs, joints, undigested matter, serous fluid, fat, nose and tongue, chest
