生。名为此者，足增则身重，目脉弱而损，节结之首皆粗大，节上生疮动摇不适。精增于妇女极贪，变为精之石。名为此者，精液增盛则于妇女极贪且欲大，由精所生之石亦生。粪增则腹胀肠鸣，身重腹痛。名为此者，粪便增多则腹胀满，肠鸣漉漉作响，身重难行，腹痛刺痛。尿增则尿道刺痛，虽尿已尽仍觉未尽。名为此者，尿增则尿道刺痛且剧痛，如是虽已尿尽仍觉未尽，似未尽倾，因频频而至，故觉已尿。尘增则尘大味不 馨，亦生瘙痒。名为此者，大尘内增则尘极增，身味不馨。须知亦生瘙痒。眼尘等垢，多则身重等。名为此者，眼尘乃眼之垢也。等字亦摄耳等垢。如是眼尘等垢多而增则身重且多生，如是言等者，摄生锈、腐烂等。彼等亦有尽减之相者，风尽之相身不适，语少力小，忆念不明，痰增，前说之病生。名为此者，风尽减之相，乃身不适且懒散，语少且小，勤作身业亦小且弱，忆念不明也。
