Moreover, the wind will dry up the flesh, fat, bones, and marrow. If the arrow is pulled out by improper means, one will have difficulty breathing and lose one's life due to phlegm. If these forty-four points are struck by an arrow, they will only cause lameness, paralysis, etc., and will not cause death, but due to sudden damage, there is also a one percent mortality rate. What are these forty-four points?

Each has a size equivalent to the palm of one's own hand. The remaining fifty-six points are about half a finger in size. Some teachers say that these fifty-six points are the size of sesame seeds or rice grains. The four channels of wind, bile, phlegm, and blood mentioned above make the whole body strong. This also depends on the points. If they are struck by a weapon and blood is lost, the body's nutrients will be depleted, and the pulse vessels will be filled with wind and swell, causing unbearable pain. The wind moves the bile, causing dry mouth, thirst, swelling, intoxication, dizziness, stiff body, separated joints, and relaxed body, eventually leading to death. If the joints of the points are damaged by weapons, etc., they should be immediately tightly bound and grasped from above and below with hands or feet. If not grasped, the pulses will contract up and down. The life of beings depends on blood, and if the blood is well maintained and flows well, life will also be well maintained. Therefore, if the points are not hit, even if struck by many weapons, one will not die; if the points are hit, one will definitely die; even a slight hit can lead to disability, etc. Furthermore, for a person with a wound from being struck in a point, strong alkaline medicines, poisons, fire, Balataka, and the juice of Kapittha should not be approached and should be avoided. For wounds that have hit a point, even minor faults can cause harm, so caution and care must be taken. Not only being struck in a point by a weapon, but even if anything else happens on top of a point, it is dangerous, so efforts must be made to treat it. The fourth chapter on showing the differences of points from the body's locations is complete. Next, the chapter on examining the omens of death from the differences in the body's changes will be explained. Because the points of the human body are affected by disease, external signs of death appear. For example, just as flowers are the precursors of fruits, clouds are the precursors of rain, and smoke is the precursors of fire, the precursors or signs of a person's impending death also appear in advance.
