What is caused by the combination of diseases is like dirt, and among these, what is caused by the combination, like dirt, cannot be cured. The rest can be cured. What is caused by wind is treated with oiliness, warmth, sourness, saltiness, etc. What is caused by bile is treated with sweetness, coolness, bitterness, astringency, etc. What is caused by phlegm is given roughness, sharpness, etc. What is caused by blood can be pacified by the method of treating bile, but the rot caused by blood can be treated with Dataka flowers, sandalwood, Nepali apples, Arjuna, these are boiled with ghee according to the method and drunk, or boiled with the Asana group of medicines and Chara and drunk, it will be pacified. For the disease that appears smoky, it is beneficial to drink the ashes of burnt kapok wood and the root of Susu, these two boiled with ghee according to the method. For the patient with pus-like disease, it will be pacified by drinking Parushaka and the Nyagrodha group of medicines boiled with ghee according to the method.
