It is the supreme method for increasing desire. Here, all the rituals of practicing desire should be performed as described in the treatises practiced by men, like a woman who manifests joy by fulfilling her desires. The treatises on desire are not extensively explained in this medical classic. Anointing, body massage, bathing, fragrance, garlands, various clothes, ornaments, songs, pleasant words such as poetry, harmonizing with the sound of the lute, associating with friends who can move freely, having a pleasant pond in one's house and entering it, the stamens of lotuses, various bees, birds flying, climbing to the top of a mountain where all the foothills can be seen, entering a forest full of flowers, seeing these brings happiness, that is various kinds of trees. The comfortable realm for the ears is hearing the beautiful sound of the cuckoo. The comfortable realm for the body is being adorned with special ornaments. The comfortable realm for the mind is having all the servants and enjoying. Toothbrushes, the essence of wine, a desirable wife, dwelling together in solitude, resting in the moonlight at night, and whatever things satisfy and delight the mind, those are the methods for increasing desire. Like drinking water scented with the fragrance of utpala (藏文，梵文天城体，utpala，English: utpala), kissing and caressing the fragrant lips of one's wife, speaking sweet and pleasing words, a captivating bed spread with various flowers, lying on a bed like a tender branch covered with stamens, having no mental or physical illnesses, not being impoverished by wealth, having no harm in the mind, and also possessing all the measures for increasing desire, that is the complete fulfillment of desire upon desire. For plague, galangal and Fumaria officinalis are beneficial. For thirst and bloating, giving the liquid fumigated in water with burnt earth bees is beneficial. For vomiting, rice can be used.
