Gori Gandha Ri. Tsandali Matam Gi Svaha. Thus, the medicine blessed by the mantra, after being blessed in this way, this mantra should also be recited. Hare Mai Svaha. Thus it is said. By this, drinking, nasal medicine, emetic medicine, and tying it on the wrist, etc., if combined, all the remaining poisons, zombie ghosts, all sins, mara gaka dzati, the harm of famine, strife, and the fear of hail, etc., can be eliminated, and it is the supreme method for transforming into happiness and pacification. This mixture is called Moonrise. Whether the poison dissolves on its own in the body, or is pacified by medicine, or is burned by fire, or is dried by wind, the inherent qualities of the poison will not disappear. That has the effect of the poison called disturbing all diseases, and the power of the poison is weak. If it is not known that this poison is related to mucus, then the disease will follow for many years. If one becomes ill and weak due to poison, the external appearance of the body will show various colors, accompanied by diarrhea, malignant blood disease, extreme thirst, loss of appetite, fainting, vomiting, slurred speech, and decreased body temperature. Because the poison disrupts the foundation of the disease, signs of ascites will also appear. If undigested poison enters the stomach, it will cause diseases of mucus and wind. If it enters the digestive area, it will cause wind and bile. If the poison enters the head, it will cause hair loss, just like a bird leaving a branch. If the poison enters the various components of the body, it will cause diseases of the body's components, or cause other diseases depending on the body's components. Or being blown by the east wind, Poisoning occurs, food is not digested, the weather is gloomy and cold, sleeping during the day, eating unsuitable food, causing the body's components to be disordered, and poisoning occurs, which is called disturbing all diseases. The treatment for this is to first perform fumigation well, above and below.

One should diligently exercise the body. For diseases that disturb health, administer detoxifying medicines mixed with honey. These are: long pepper, haritaki, spikenard, turmeric, cardamom, svarjika, kutannata, rue, licorice, sandalwood, and frankincense. These are called detoxifying medicines. Therefore, detoxifying medicines should be mixed with a small amount of medicine, and not with other medicines. The symptoms of wounds caused by poisoned arrows, etc., are: repeated numbness, discoloration and whitening of the skin, repeated feelings of disgust, the sensation of worms crawling in the body, numbness and burning sensations in the body, stinging pain in the teeth, spine, head, shoulders, and joints, profuse bleeding of black diseased blood, extreme thirst, fainting, fever, persistent high fever, red eyes, vomiting, difficulty breathing, hiccups, and a wound that is red and yellow around the edges and black in the center. The wound swells and suppurates, has an unpleasant odor, the flesh turns black, the flesh rots and ulcerates, and pus flows everywhere. If the poisoned arrow has not struck a vital point, cooling therapies should be performed immediately on the heart area. Remove the arrowhead and cauterize the wound with a red-hot iron. Alternatively, cauterize with the ashes of mukaka, white ochre, kadapala bark, and tamravali, shirisha, gridanakaya, etc. Apply a paste of shukanapa, white eggplant, and the root of kandakari to the wound. Furthermore, administer appropriate treatment to those who have ingested poison or are controlled by poison, as appropriate. For severe wounds, use bile heat therapy. In order for a woman to obtain her due status, she may administer plant poison mixed with food to her own family members, or offer rewards to those close to the king who are enemies of the king, so that they may administer plant poison in food. If one is poisoned by plant poison, the symptoms are pale skin, emaciation and weakness of the body, and low body temperature.
