Among these, looking inwards should be carefully examined by the doctor, who should cut it open with a knife. What looks outwards should be treated with ash medicine. Alternatively, a skilled doctor should perform fire therapy. For something like a crow's neck, one should also use ash medicine. For a hundred wounds, one should insert a channeled instrument inside and cut it; if the wound heals well, that is good, but if the wound is old and cannot be felt, that is bad and will lead to death. For the interpenile disease called "Parisha-pa," one should also follow the above procedure, and one can also administer ash medicine and cow urine through a tube. For the interpenile disease caused by anal abscesses, the doctor should examine it and apply powdered medicine that is beneficial for anal abscesses, as mentioned above. For consumptive interpenile disease, one should perform procedures for removing thorns. One should also give food, ointments, and meals that kill worms. Similarly, applying oil fomentation and tube fomentation, etc., is beneficial for pain. For diseases with many holes like a conch shell, the doctor should examine it and perform cutting. Among these, the knife is called Sarvado Bhadra (藏文：སརྦ་དོ་བྷད་ཏྲ་，梵文天城体：sarvado bhadra，梵文罗马拟音：sarvado bhadra，all auspicious), and there is also one called Langga (藏文：ལང་ག་，梵文天城体：laṅga，梵文罗马拟音：langa，plow), and Langga Lang (藏文：ལང་ག་ལང་，梵文天城体：laṅga laṅga，梵文罗马拟音：langa langa，plow plow), and these should be used. For what appears on the surface, it is believed that one should cut with a knife called Gotir Taka (藏文：གོ་ཏིར་ཏ་ཀ་，梵文天城体：gotir taka，梵文罗马拟音：gotir taka，Gotir Taka).
