The treatment to be done for all eye diseases is that for new eye diseases, initially, when medicinal drops are instilled into the eyes, it feels like the eyes are about to burst and it hurts, there is stinging pain in the eyes, the eyes itch, it feels like something is crawling in the eyes, it becomes blepharitis and tears flow, the eyes are hot, the eyes become red, and such diseases are cured by instilling the drops. For eye diseases caused by wind, instill warm medicinal drops. For eye diseases caused by phlegm, instill gentle drops. For diseases like blood and bile, which are hot in nature, cool the water of the medicinal drops and then instill them.
