གི་རྩ་བ་བརྩེ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ནད་ཡིན་ཏེ། ལྟ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྩོལ་བ་མི་ནུས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཁྲག་གིས་གང་བའི་རྩའི་དྲ་བས་གཡོགས་ཏེ། དེ་ཡང་སྟུག་པ་དང་མཐོན་ པོར་འདུག་པ་དེ་ནི་རྩའི་དྲ་བ་ལྟ་བུའི་མིག་ནད་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །ཡང་མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཤ་མ་ཐུག་པོར་འབྱུང་ཞིང་དེ་མཐོ་དམན་མེད་པ་འཇམ་པ་པད་མ་འདྲ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེའི་མིང་ནི་ཁྲག་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་མིག་མཛེར་གྱི་ནད་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ན་མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཐིག་ལེ་དམར་པོ་རི་བོང་གི་ཁྲག་ལྟ་བུ་དམར་པོར་སྣང་ཞིང་ནད་མེད་པ་འཇམ་པོར་འདུག་པ་དེ་ནི་ལིང་ཏོག་དམར་པོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་ནད་གཞི་གསུམ་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་མཛེར་མདོག་དམར་པོ་དང༌། སྡོ་བསངས་སུ་འདུག་པ་དང༌། འཇམ་པ་དང༌། མྱུར་དུ་མཆེད་པ་དང༌། ཤས་ཀུན་དུ་ཁྱབ་པ་ལ་དེ་ནི་ཁྱབ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་མིག་ནད་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །ཡང་མིག་འབྲས་དཀར་པོ་ལ་ནད་གཞི་འདུས་པ་དང༌། ཁྲག་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ནང་རྒྱུས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་ནར་ནར་པོར་གྱུར་པ་ནི་རྒྱུས་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་མིག་མཛེར་གྱི་ནད་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ན་མིག་འབྲས་དཀར་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཤའི་རིལ་རིལ་པོར་ཁྲག་སྐམ་གྱི་མདོག་ལྟར་སྔོ་བསངས་སུ་འདུག་ཅིང་མཐུག་ལ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བར་སྣང་བ་དེ་ནི་ཤའི་མིག་མཛེར་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །ཡང་མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་འབྲས་བུ་ཕྲ་མོ་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱི་འབྲུ་ཙམ་མདོག་གནག་པ་དང༌། ཚ་བ་དང། རེག་ན་རྩུབ་པ་དང༌། རྩ་མང་པོས་གཡོགས་པར་སྣང་བ་དེ་ནི་འབྲུམ་ཕྲན་རྩས་གཡོགས་པའི་མིག་ནད་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་དག་ལས་མིག་ནད་ཉ་ཕྱིས་ལྟ་བུ་དང༌། མིག་རྩ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནད་དང༌། མིག་རྩ་འགྱུར་བའི་ནད་དང༌། འབྲས་ཕྱེའི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལྟ་བུ་དང༌། བད་ཀན་གྱིས་བསྒོངས་པའི་མིག་ནད་དང༌། ལིང་ཐོག་དམར་པོ་དང་དྲུག་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་སྨན་གྱིས་གསོ་བར་བྱའོ། །ལྷག་མ་བདུན་ནི་མཚོན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱིས་གསོ་བར་བྱའོ། །བདུན་པོ་དེ་དག་སར་པའི་དུས་ན་ནི་སྨན་གྱིས་གསོའོ། །མིག་མཛེར་གྱི་ནད་རྣམ་པ་ལྔར་བཤད་པ་དེ་དག་མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་ནག་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་འབྱུང་སྟེ། རྒྱུས་པ་དང་རྩས་གཡོགས་པར་སྣང་ན་དེ་ནི་མཚོན་གྱིས་གཅད་པར་བྱའོ། །མཐོང་མིག་གི་སྟེང་དུ་པགས་པ་ལ་ཤ་འབྱར་བ་ལྟ་བུ་མཐོན་པོར་ཕྱིན་པར་སྣང་ན་དེ་ནི་སྤང་བར་བྱའོ། །མིག་གི་འབྲས་བུ་ནག་པོ་འམ། མཐོང་གི་སྟེང་དུ་མཁྲིས་པ་ལས་ གྱུར་པའི་ལིང་ཏོག་འབྱུང་སྟེ། མིག་གི་པགས་པ་རྡོལ་ནས་ཟུག་ག

Its root is a disease called attachment, which makes it impossible to perform activities such as observation. The white part of the eye is covered with a network of blood-filled vessels, and it is dense and raised, which is called a vascular network-like eye disease. Also, a thick fleshy substance appears on the white part of the eye, neither high nor low, smooth like a lotus flower, which is called an eye pterygium disease caused by blood. Or, red spots appear on the white part of the eye, as red as rabbit blood, looking smooth and without disease, which is called a red pannus. Also, small granules appear on the white part of the eye, about the size of mustard seeds, black in color, hot, rough to the touch, and appearing to be covered with many blood vessels, which is called a small granule eye disease covered with blood vessels. Among these diseases, fish scale-like eye disease, eye blood vessel attachment disease, eye blood vessel variation disease, buckwheat flour spot-like eye disease, eye disease caused by mucus, and red pannus, these six diseases can be treated with medicine. The remaining seven diseases can be treated with surgery. These seven diseases can be treated with medicine in the early stages. The five types of eye pterygium diseases mentioned above all occur on the black eyeball, and if they look like internal organs and are covered with blood vessels, they should be surgically removed. If a raised condition like skin adhering to flesh appears on the pupil, it should be avoided. If a pannus caused by bile appears on the black eyeball or pupil, causing the eyelid to rupture and pain.
