It is the supreme of aphrodisiacs, making one bold enough to lie with women. Discard the wings, gall bladder, intestines, feet, beak, and anus of a peacock, leaving only the meat, and five *srangs* each of small roots. Boil together with eight times the amount of medicine in water and milk, and in the remaining milk, add powder of *vidari*, long pepper, licorice, *shuti*, and *poson cha*, as well as butter, honey, and a little salt. Taking this gentle ointment is supreme for increasing the body's strength and semen. Just as with the peacock ritual, the same ritual should be performed for each type of meat from all creatures that seek food by digging holes, all birds that peck food with their beaks, and all animals such as lions that seek food by strength and skill. Likewise, the meat of aquatic creatures such as swans and *rohita* should be treated like the peacock ritual, but milk should be omitted for fish meat. Ten *srangs* each of the meat of animals such as lizards, otters, cats, civets, and mice, along with an equal amount of the five roots mentioned above, should be properly boiled with eight times the amount of medicine in milk. In the remaining milk, add powder of *poson cha*, long pepper, and two types of salt, as well as *khara*, sesame oil, honey, and a gentle ointment mixed with butter. Taking this will ensure absorption of nutrients. It is beneficial for chest congestion caused by physical exertion, unclear senses, diminished strength and radiance, blocked semen and urine, and blood poisoning. Similarly, for horses, elephants, and animals that have fallen from vehicles, and those with broken or injured legs, administering this gentle ointment will revive them, making it a place for promoting taste. For food, give milk porridge made from *khasrala* and wild rose. The formulas for administering gentle ointments such as castor oil are said to be medicines that are accomplished without the need to observe rituals. Now, I will speak of administering gentle ointments that subdue and protect against wind disorders, namely the ten roots, as well as *bala*, *rasna*, *ashwagandha*, *bāspruva*, *sletres*, castor oil, bitter gourd, *ga bra'i rtsa ba*, *basha ka*, and *bhuti ka*.
