任何一种土，与荜茇等量，混合柯奢吒迦的汁液，或者与柯奢吒迦煮沸的汁液混合后灌入。毒药子的催吐药，是给非常年幼的儿童使用的。同样，对于伴有黏液、血胆、瘟疫、蔓延的癣、心脏病、痛风、麻风等，都极力赞赏。芥子、摩度迦、姜黄等，任何一种煮沸的汁液，或者含有毒药子种子的吉沙罗，都为了催吐的目的而灌入。将毒药子的种子在阿伽的牛奶中浸泡并晒七天，干燥后磨成粉末，与布森迦、吉姆达、古瓦卡沃、吉万提、吉瓦迦等任何一种煮沸的汁液混合后灌入。催吐药的配方，布森迦等这些只是主要提及而已。有智慧的人们，也应根据其他经典中的记载，酌情配制。仪轨完成之处的第一品结束。 接下来，将要讲述泻药的施用仪轨之品。其中，土麝最初食用且未消化时，味道是涩甜粗糙的。消化后，味道是辛辣的，能消除黏液和胆汁，但由于粗糙，会扰乱风。土麝与药物混合，能消除风、胆汁和黏液三者。特别是，如果具备四种仪轨，就能战胜一切疾病。土麝也有两种，一种是根部呈紫黑色，另一种是白色土麝。这两种中，白色土麝最为殊胜，无需遵守仪轨，是温和的泻药，适合从未经历痛苦的老年人和肠胃虚弱的人服用。紫黑色土麝会引起昏厥和意识模糊，喉咙充满黏液，产生呕吐感，性质尖锐且迅速腹泻，因此适合肠胃非常坚硬，被多种疾病折磨而身体极度虚弱的人。

Any kind of earth, mixed with an equal amount of long pepper, mixed with the juice of Koshataka, or mixed with the boiled juice of Koshataki, is infused. The emetic medicine of poison seeds is for very young children. Likewise, it is highly praised for those with phlegm, blood bile, plague, spreading ringworm, heart disease, gout, leprosy, and so on. Mustard seeds, Madhuca, ginger, etc., any of these boiled juices, or poison seeds containing Trisara, are infused for the purpose of emesis. Poison seeds are soaked and dried in Arka's milk for seven days, then dried and ground into powder, mixed with the boiled juice of Pusana, Jimuta, Kuwakawo, Jivanti, Jivaka, etc., and infused. The formula for emetic medicine, Pusana, etc., is only mentioned as the main point. Wise people should also prepare it according to the records in other scriptures as appropriate. The first chapter from the place where the ritual is completed ends. Next, the chapter on the ritual of administering laxatives will be explained. Among them, when the earth musk is first eaten and not digested, the taste is astringent, sweet, and rough. After digestion, the taste is pungent, it eliminates phlegm and bile, but because of its roughness, it disturbs the wind. Earth musk mixed with medicine eliminates wind, bile, and phlegm. In particular, if it has four rituals, it can overcome all diseases. There are also two types of earth musk, one with purple-black roots and the other with white earth musk. Among these two, white earth musk is the most excellent, it does not need to follow rituals, it is a gentle laxative, suitable for the elderly who have never experienced suffering and those with weak intestines. Purple-black earth musk causes fainting and confusion, the throat is filled with mucus, it produces a feeling of vomiting, it is sharp in nature and causes rapid diarrhea, so it is suitable for those with very strong intestines, who are tormented by many diseases and whose bodies are extremely weak.

Boil the rhododendron juice, cool it, and add sugar, honey, and the three aromatics to take together, or lick a pill made of rhododendron powder mixed with sugar and honey, which is a satisfactory purgative. Ajagandha, reed, vidari, bamboo manna, mix these and rhododendron powder with honey and butter to make an ointment to lick, which can effectively treat syndromes, epidemics, body stiffness, body fever, and the torment of thirst. Alternatively, cut the stem of a sugarcane, divide it into two sections, apply rhododendron powder ointment on the inside, apply it and close it again, like a lid, cook it in a container according to the ritual and eat it, which can effectively treat diseases caused by syndromes. Cinnamon and cardamom in equal amounts, nilini in equal amounts to these two medicines, rhododendron in equal amounts to these three medicines, bamboo manna in equal amounts to these four medicines, add these powders to grape juice, mix honey and flour to make porridge to eat, which can treat wind disorders, bile disorders, phlegm disorders, low body temperature, strong sexual desire, and very young people, without having to observe rituals for purgative treatment.
